DEIt works They unlocked my American Iphone6 in less than 5 days and now I can use it in Berlin, Germany. They did ask for more money after a first "attempt" at unlocking it, which I found a bit distasteful, as it certainly is not at all clear from their website that you'll be asked for more money.

GBFast Service but less notification I am giving 5* because the job is done in unexpected time < 10hrs. They should improve their notification system, the only mail I got was an order confirmation but not when order is completed. I had no idea of expected time of delivery (not mentioned anywhere) hence I have to go to their order status page and check every now and then. They should also accept Paypal so that customers can have more trust, if something goes wrong customers can claim Paypal protection. Overall I am satisfied with my order.

GBiPhone 6 unlocked! As with others, I was skeptical, but within 3 days I received an email stating my iPhone 6 was unlocked from AT&T! Strangely, everywhere online states that iTunes displays a "congratulations" message if/when the unlock is successful. I never got this using iTunes 12 & iOS 8.4 on Mac. I factory-restored my phone several times and swapped SIMs but never got the message. However, I can confirm 100% the phone is unlocked as I tested it with another carrier SIM and was able to connect and access the carrier settings menus. Quality service. Thank you!

GBLong wait, zero service I had to wait 12 days to hear back from Keys2iPhone, only for them to tell me that my phone couldn't be unlocked and tried to up-sell me to a different service. Looks like the reviews for most carriers are good, but if you want a T-Mobile phone unlocked, go somewhere else.

GBNo Response Paid $40 for my iPhone 6S to be unlocked, got an email asking for an additional $40 to unlock my phone (website mentions NO option of being asked for an additional charge). Emailed them 4 times asking them to call me to resolve this, no phone number is listed on their website so I couldn't call and they haven't responded to my emails. Terrible customer service, not worth it for the $80+ cost of the service. I want a full refund, let's see if I get it. Terrible terrible, unreliable, impossible to contact company.
