It works They unlocked my American Iphone6 in less than 5 days and now I can use it in Berlin, Germany. They did ask for more money after a first "attempt" at unlocking it, which I found a bit distasteful, as it certainly is not at all clear from their website that you'll be asked for more money.

I place and order for my iPhone 8 Plus to be unlocked and after weeks of waiting they email me saying the my phone couldn’t be unlocked. And I have been refunded. I check my account everyday till now and I see no refund. It been several weeks now and I haven’t receive any refund. One guy email me saying he will help me get my money back i gave him my IMEI and he couldn’t do anything about. Now they don’t respond to my emails. Please be careful who you pay money to online. Am convinced Keys2iphone is a fraud and no one should pay money to them to them expecting their phone to be unlocked.

Long wait, zero service I had to wait 12 days to hear back from Keys2iPhone, only for them to tell me that my phone couldn't be unlocked and tried to up-sell me to a different service. Looks like the reviews for most carriers are good, but if you want a T-Mobile phone unlocked, go somewhere else.

Very Fast and Super Easy I intially tried another service myimeiunlock.com which was a total waste of time and money (currently waiting on my refund) was 10$ dollars cheaper I guess you get what you pay for, anyway I continued my search and it led me to Keys2iPhone which hands down was quite easy to pay for and get it going. Total time for my Att iPhone 6plus to be unlocked was 1 day, thanks again.

100% iron clad guarantee means nothing to them Their site says they have a 100% iron clad guarantee and they claim they will you give you your money back if you aren't happy. I invoked this and the customer service rep was beyond rude. Think all caps emails that have no explanations and just say the word "NO." When I tried to post reviews on their "happy" facebook community, they blocked it. I think this site is kinda a scam or has the worst customer service policy I've ever experienced. I'd warn anyone away from them if possible.
