TOTAL SCAM!! Zero Customer Service & THE FAKEST CODES YOUVE EVER SEEN SCAM!!! Horrible in every conceivable way SMH,I never write bad reviews unless its this bad. Its such a scam its not even funny! For starters, it took days longer than the package that I purchased was supposed to, & I paid extra for speedy service. No customer service help, & the code they sent was an 8 digit Fake Code(Real Unlock Code is 16 digits). Total scam. Then I tried to resolve the issue & not one person responded. Even after I said I'm gonna have to challenge it on pay pal. Worst part is, on freaking EBAY I found a Stand Up Guy who unlocked my phone for practically nothing & he had my code ready in literally 5 minutes No Joke! The codes UnlockRadar sends are literally random numbers they make up, Literally the worst experience I've ever had buying online, & I'm a pretty easy going guy, but they just straight screw you! Do not waste your Money, you can get you phone unlock for 10$ from a trustworthy person just look around. This company ain't it Chief!

The service is great The service is great. In three days I had an unlock code for my Sony Xperia XZ1. However their order tracking site is next to useless, saying only unlocking in process, and they don't reply to messages. You'll only know your code is on the way once you get it. I would absolutely recommend Unlockrader if you want your phone network unlocked. Just be aware that there is no communication between you and them other than money changing hands and the code given, which is all that is really needed..

This is my second time using them The first time I used this company in 2018 my phone got unlocked within 24hrs(Galaxy Note 8). The second time(1-6-19) wasnt as fast, it took 5days to unlock my daughters phone (samsung 8 active) I wasnt impress. Overall I gave 4 stars because I trust them, their cheaper than some places and I'm able to contact them an get a reply within 24hrs.

Highly recommended Brilliant service! After being scammed by another company who tried to charge double the pupated price, unlockradar promptly sent me my code within 24 hours and even though Id given the wrong IMEI and model they worked to give me a code for the correct phone the following day at no charge. Fast service, good price and brilliant customer service. Highly recommend.

iPhone 6s (ex AT&T) Although my iPhone 6s (ex AT&T) was finally unblocked, it took over a week and 3 emails to get information. But, my last email, asking for reimbursement if not cleared out in 48 hours caused the unblock to work in 24 hours! So, I'm glad, just wish that they would be more proactive with customers. Thanks for my phone :-)
