Was pretty hesitant to use any online… Was pretty hesitant to use any online service but was sooo glad I chose unlockradar! It took about a day and a bit but I did place my order pretty late at night, when I got my unlock code I was skeptical to say the least but entered it and it worked immediately I couldn’t believe it, if I ever need to unlock a phone again I will absolutely use these guys. Very seamless process with no complaints other then the waiting but overall great service and I’m a happy customer :) thanks so much unlockradar!! Jenn Cusimano

Just too much trouble to use Just too much trouble to use. Yes, they did get me an unlock code, but far too much hassle. Nowhere on their website does it say they only operate 9>5 Mon to Fri. When you eventually get the code, it doesn't work. You then have to send them a video to prove it doesn't work. Before they will send you another code to enter before the unlock code. 3 stars for the eventual code. Zero stars for the experience.

I went to Verizon and my phone was not… I went to Verizon and my phone was not unlocked. I still can only use it at AT&T.

This is my second time using them The first time I used this company in 2018 my phone got unlocked within 24hrs(Galaxy Note 8). The second time(1-6-19) wasnt as fast, it took 5days to unlock my daughters phone (samsung 8 active) I wasnt impress. Overall I gave 4 stars because I trust them, their cheaper than some places and I'm able to contact them an get a reply within 24hrs.

iPhone 6s (ex AT&T) Although my iPhone 6s (ex AT&T) was finally unblocked, it took over a week and 3 emails to get information. But, my last email, asking for reimbursement if not cleared out in 48 hours caused the unblock to work in 24 hours! So, I'm glad, just wish that they would be more proactive with customers. Thanks for my phone :-)
