Purchased a ring video doorbell for… Purchased a ring video doorbell for £109 in December never received it, emails not answered. I have now issued a claim via PayPal

Pirated product vs. legitimate product... I just spoke to Microsoft tech support and have been advised that Digital Software Planet is illegal and they are pirating Microsoft products. I bought and used one of their products for 3 years and it activated just fine but when I needed to restore my computer to factory settings and then reinstall the Microsoft product it would not work. I couldn’t get a hold of Digital Software Planet so when I called Microsoft tech support I was amazed at how abusive their tech team was towards me. Their behaviour truely does drive me to think that buying a pirated product with a company that still provides excellent service and support AND the product works, is far better that the original maker. Also the product purchased had all the office software features (excel, access, word, PowerPoint, outlook, etc) where as the legitimate product didn’t and was severely over priced.

Invalid Key, No Response Key was invalid. It happens, no big deal. However, I contacted them multiple times for replacement key and never got a response. Edit: After several attempts I finally went through with Paypal refund. Seller did provide refund at that point so I did eventually get my money back.
