GBHORRIBLE! Kidnapped on website cannot cancel HORRIBLE - Signed up for work writing and thought a useful tool for our college student who struggles with nuerodiverse writing issues. It was HORRIBLE. Humanized with periods in mid sentences! Of COURSE that would look human as no computer is that dumb! Went to cancel after the charge posted and it's a ROUND ABOUT of "verify your email" (which I've done.) Cannot get into the MANAGE account screen. Took a video should so I could CAPTURE a BRIEF screen that shows NO active account in red but it's charged my card. Had to call my card holder to prevent the subscription from renewing.

GBReally poor and unnecsarry Really poor and unnecsarry a simple chatbot prompt to change wording produces similar rates ! I had some issues with reoccurring billing, and the staff was very unhelpful.

GBLoyal customer for 3 months Loyal customer for 3 months. Super curious about these tools and found this page. Pretty shocked that others have left negative reviews. I tried netus and everything else. Undetectable AI works 95% of the time. The most human option does introduce an error here and there but tbh I love that ๐ My hand written essay that got an A 2 years ago had a grammar error here and there and I think that makes it 10x more legit. + perfection = dead ai giveaway. Use another tool and you'll FAFO ๐๐๐

GBSupport was very helpful! I accidentally made a mistake of creating multiple accounts for undetectable but Zoe from the live chat was very helpful and prompt in locating my accounts for me cos I forgot which email addresses I used. Good interaction, good service, been a customer for 3 months now, leaving a 5 star review to say thanks!!! :)

PHZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE I've emailed them multiple times, been about 20 days since my first email. I tagged them on twitter and I even bought twitter premium to message them and haven't had a single response. They've charged my card multiple times and yet the accoutn says the payment was unsuccessful. Know who doesn't? My bank statements. Noone ever answers customer service inquiries and though they SAY that there is a live chat option, it's nowhere to be found. If this keeps going on, I'm reporting them to the better business buerau.
