ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE I've emailed them multiple times, been about 20 days since my first email. I tagged them on twitter and I even bought twitter premium to message them and haven't had a single response. They've charged my card multiple times and yet the accoutn says the payment was unsuccessful. Know who doesn't? My bank statements. Noone ever answers customer service inquiries and though they SAY that there is a live chat option, it's nowhere to be found. If this keeps going on, I'm reporting them to the better business buerau.

Went to cancel after the charge posted and it's a ROUND ABOUT of "verify your email" (which I've done.) Cannot get into the MANAGE account screen. Took a video should so I could CAPTURE a BRIEF screen that shows NO active account in red but it's charged my card. Had to call my card holder to prevent the subscription from renewing.
