ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE I've emailed them multiple times, been about 20 days since my first email. I tagged them on twitter and I even bought twitter premium to message them and haven't had a single response. They've charged my card multiple times and yet the accoutn says the payment was unsuccessful. Know who doesn't? My bank statements. Noone ever answers customer service inquiries and though they SAY that there is a live chat option, it's nowhere to be found. If this keeps going on, I'm reporting them to the better business buerau.

HORRIBLE! Kidnapped on website cannot cancel HORRIBLE - Signed up for work writing and thought a useful tool for our college student who struggles with nuerodiverse writing issues. It was HORRIBLE. Humanized with periods in mid sentences! Of COURSE that would look human as no computer is that dumb! Went to cancel after the charge posted and it's a ROUND ABOUT of "verify your email" (which I've done.) Cannot get into the MANAGE account screen. Took a video should so I could CAPTURE a BRIEF screen that shows NO active account in red but it's charged my card. Had to call my card holder to prevent the subscription from renewing.

great ai detector Yo, saw this on Forbes article being top 1 as AI detector, decided to give it a shot and subscribed. It's been so helpful cos GPTZero and TurnItIn has come to a point where it's flagging my handwritten documents as AI even if i 100% made them. with Undetectable, my handwritten texts showed as human, and with others it showed as AI. Idek how that works lol. But yeah, product and service works well, customer support even gave me free words when I encountered a 3 minute processing time for the document. (it shouldve been seconds only though)

Support team is very accommodating and… Support team is very accommodating and patient with my request to find my account that I signed up from from months ago. They were able to find it and they were able to pause my monthly sub since I don't need it yet until the next 3 months. Thank you
