PHZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE I've emailed them multiple times, been about 20 days since my first email. I tagged them on twitter and I even bought twitter premium to message them and haven't had a single response. They've charged my card multiple times and yet the accoutn says the payment was unsuccessful. Know who doesn't? My bank statements. Noone ever answers customer service inquiries and though they SAY that there is a live chat option, it's nowhere to be found. If this keeps going on, I'm reporting them to the better business buerau.

GBAuto Typer is Awesome!! I have been a subscriber since October 2023, found this on a Tiktok video. Didn't know the Auto Typer would be of a cool use. It made my version history in google docs seem like it has been written for a couple of minutes (manually!), as if it wasn't copy pasted. That's very useful for me so I can just leave Google docs open and it manually types it the text i want it to tuype. I recommend this for anyone who needs an organically written document from Version History

GBI only do referral programs for tools… I only do referral programs for tools that actually work. I've joined their affiliate program and gave me a 25% commission. GBHORRIBLE! Kidnapped on website cannot cancel HORRIBLE - Signed up for work writing and thought a useful tool for our college student who struggles with nuerodiverse writing issues. It was HORRIBLE. Humanized with periods in mid sentences! Of COURSE that would look human as no computer is that dumb! Went to cancel after the charge posted and it's a ROUND ABOUT of "verify your email" (which I've done.) Cannot get into the MANAGE account screen. Took a video should so I could CAPTURE a BRIEF screen that shows NO active account in red but it's charged my card. Had to call my card holder to prevent the subscription from renewing.

GBSupport team is very accommodating and… Support team is very accommodating and patient with my request to find my account that I signed up from from months ago. They were able to find it and they were able to pause my monthly sub since I don't need it yet until the next 3 months. Thank you
