Trustworthy service. I will use again. Just want to say that this is a life saver service. The ability to fully remove the passwords from some files I had when I had forgotten to stupid password... This made it a breeze. The chat support was also excellent. Thanks Margaret!

It works! They have a wonderful service! In the first moment the automatic password recovery operation failed. After requesting a second chance, I asked for a solution and they offered me to try to recover my password manually...and it worked, It was wonderfull, they spared me a lot of extra work.

Wow. Forgotten password retrieved Wow. This service saved me a lot of time and worry concerning a forgotten password. In my case this service retrieved my password within the hour and I was able to get back into my document. For me a great service.

Took money twice-no responses. Bought a licence to unlock a file. It worked fine but they charged me twice for it. I have sent them 4 messages requesting a refund for what is effectively a fraudulent transaction. ArdelixPay have sent similar requests. No responses to either of us. I suggest you think very carefully before paying this company any money for anything.
