password-find saved me... I wanted to access one of my excel file which was password protected. I could not recollect the password as I hadn't accessed it for 6-7 months. Password-find saved me. They have an online recovery tool apart from their software. so you don't need to download any software. it didn't take more than 3 minutes to remove my password protection. also, the customer support is really good.

Don't purchase Password-Find--Difficult to get Refund I purchased the Password-Find product in hopes of removing the password from a protected document that I could not unlock. Not only did the product not work, but my many requests for a refund have not been fulfilled. I have reached out to PayPro Global, the "trusted" e-commerce seller utilized by Password-Find, and they answer every time but give me the same run around to "give 48-hours" for the seller to respond. What's even more discouraging, the email for Password-Find that gets CC'ed to these email exchanges has bounced my emails every time I have attempted to reach someone through it. I have changed my rating from a 1 to a 2, as they eventually refunded my account.

Excellent service. Very speedy. Password-Find worked excellently in removing passwords, but I decided to discover what the password was that I used many years ago on several Word documents. So I purchased the more expensive 'find password' service and it revealed one of my passwords pretty much instantly. I then found that the same password opened several other documents that I'd protected around the same time and that saved me using up my entire 'remove password' allowance. Great service!
