Concerned not genuine site I bought an licence key and they were unable to find my password which was a little surprising but never mind. What was more concerning was that I emailed them to request a refund and my emails keep bouncing. I then tried to message on Facebook and the DMs will not send. I am starting to worry I have been conned. Update: I have also tried to call them and their phone number does not work. Further update: after pursuing the payglobal agents I have now finally been issued with a full refund. I had to relentlessly email them though! Lesson learnt- do not use this site!!!

Excellent service. Very speedy. Password-Find worked excellently in removing passwords, but I decided to discover what the password was that I used many years ago on several Word documents. So I purchased the more expensive 'find password' service and it revealed one of my passwords pretty much instantly. I then found that the same password opened several other documents that I'd protected around the same time and that saved me using up my entire 'remove password' allowance. Great service!

Trustworthy service. I will use again. Just want to say that this is a life saver service. The ability to fully remove the passwords from some files I had when I had forgotten to stupid password... This made it a breeze. The chat support was also excellent. Thanks Margaret!

The password provided does not allow… The password provided does not allow you to enter, I would appreciate it if you could corroborate or indicate that we did wrong

Password removal, NOT recovery I uploaded my file to their system to get the password for it, as initially advertised with their service. They only removed the password (which I could have--and did do--myself), but did not *recover* the password, which was what I needed. Giving two stars because they refunded me right away when asked. I am out a little bit of money due to currency conversion, but I'm at peace with that. Still, wasted time I didn't need to waste trying to recover a password.
