The quality of the peepso plugin package and the support that comes with it, really can't be praised enough. The price is spot on, as the old saying goes you pay for what you get and in this case it rings true. A quality price for a quality product and support service. Great platform that is well supported We needed a WordPress plugin to create a social networking platform, and PeepSo was our choice after looking around. We found Peepso was intuitive and user-friendly with a good feature set. The customizable features allowed us to tailor the community space for a client. We used extensions like Groups, Photos and Videos, providing the users varied ways to interact and connect. Customer support was a highlight during my journey with PeepSo. Their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to ensure my queries were addressed, providing a smooth running of the platform.

Was the best until 5 days ago Was the best until 5 days ago They did some messed up update. Destroyed the entire site. Then blamed my servers. They have no idea how to do customer service. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT use this plug in. You will build a community then they will break your site and blame everyone else but themselves. I will update this ticket if they fix it. That doesn't look likely since their customer support is more of a "blame everyone else" type of support. They are worthless and horrible people.

Ultra Amazing Support, Ultra Amazing Plugin Ultra best social media tool + ultra amazing support team. PeepSo offers much much more advanced features compared to other similar tools available. The free version already offers almost everything you need to run a community. It is also very fast (except maybe when you run it on a shared hosting). I started with a VPS. Above everything, the caliber of their support is top-notch and they are just the best! My team has read 2 negative reviews and it seems they did not understand the platform: One, installing the free version already gives you a running community site as it allows photo uploads and friend requests among others. Two, if you only communicate well with the support team, they can get back to you with the solution as long as it is within the scope of their support. Things that need to mess with major codes of the plugin, understandably, is just beyond their scope. For two years, I have been sooooooo happy with PeepSo. Give it a try. Highly recommended.
