We're using PeepSo to power local communities, and we customise it a lot. The PeepSo support team has been here every single time we needed help, advice or even hands on code fixes. Quick response, accurate fixes and sometimes they even added stuff in the next release to make our life easier. Was the best until 5 days ago Was the best until 5 days ago They did some messed up update. Destroyed the entire site. Then blamed my servers. They have no idea how to do customer service. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT use this plug in. You will build a community then they will break your site and blame everyone else but themselves. I will update this ticket if they fix it. That doesn't look likely since their customer support is more of a "blame everyone else" type of support. They are worthless and horrible people.

What an amazing platform What an amazing platform! So amazing. I found this as an alternative after BuddyBoss screwed me over. So much more functionality as well. Wouldn't be able to have my community without it. I've had so much positive feedback from my customers about how much more they love the new Peepso site compared to BuddyBoss.

I can't write a review yet I'm about to… I can't write a review yet I'm about to purchase but am put off by the 14-day limit and by these reviews. POINT 1. I do feel someone is being vindictive with a review or two. POINT 2. if the software is so good what wrong with extending the 14 days limit it's not long enough, perhaps the developers could do a 30-day trial version then if you want it you have to buy it as it times out or something. POINT 3. I have been asking loads of questions by using tickets and I have always had a courteous and prompt pleasant reply. However, for me I have lost money in the past with other companies who s software did not do as expected and even though it looks good I am frightened of trying it as it will take me a month to see if it's what I want. I need to test it first
