I was with my previous service for 4 years and reluctant to change, but needed to because my website load speed was deteriorating on the server side. Before leaving, I ran a test website on another provider, but not happy with service. Then I ran a test side on MonsterMegs for 60 days and found a fantastic service. I requested help twice from tech support and was expecting them to point me to a diy article. Instead, they just went ahead and made to adjustments I needed. The servers are fast. C-panel is typical and easy to use.

I looked at many hosting options to replace GoDaddy who wanted to charge me more for moving from Starlight to Cpanel (like that's my call?) and generally went to hell after Bob Parsons sold it, so I loaded up the truck and moved to MonsterMegs. Never a single regret. You get a very good value, great uptime, great features. However if you are running obscure applications or want handholding, you might want a local expert to augment the support. MM support is responsive but not omnipotent. MM seems to fit with very simple hosting or very experienced clients. Rock solid availability. Softlicious is a mindblowing capability if you've ever had to stand up an application. The technical support response time is very good, but if you are a total noob trying to do advanced things, hire a freelancer to help you.

Great company and Support staff Great company, support and people. We were with MonsterMegs for 4 years and always had great service and support from their staff. With business growing, we eventually had to move to dedicated hosting platform which was not available at MM.

Best web hosting found with lots of features After trying different web hosting services, I reach MonsterMegs, and surprisingly it has everything I was looking for. Plans and prices are very convenient, you can start with a monthly basis plan and the change to a yearly plan with an even better price. Totally affordable and worthy of his value. The best features I can found here and totally missing in other web hosting companies are: multiple domain management, automatic SSL certificates, multiple FTP accounts, autoinstallers for the most common apps including Wordpress. Automatic backups, shell access, and much more. The best web hosting I found.

No respect for old clients, new clients beware Should have at least offered a single-cPanel multi-domain option (like Siteground) to legacy clients. I'm currently moving all my domains to Siteground which is a painful process and MonsterMegs is responsible for this pain (even though they like to blame it all on cPanel's pricing changes). New clients, beware: In the future, if MM encounters any trouble that would potentially harm their profits, they will immediately try to balance their profits by tremendously increasing their price (in my case, 300%).
