The most and crazy experience - took my money, personal info and back up then set it all up so I did on my end THEN cancelled ALL - No explanation or response to my various correspondence! Excellent service Excellent service, hardware and uptime. I was with my previous service for 4 years and reluctant to change, but needed to because my website load speed was deteriorating on the server side. Before leaving, I ran a test website on another provider, but not happy with service. Then I ran a test side on MonsterMegs for 60 days and found a fantastic service. I requested help twice from tech support and was expecting them to point me to a diy article. Instead, they just went ahead and made to adjustments I needed. The servers are fast. C-panel is typical and easy to use.

After being a customer of MonsterMegs… After being a customer of MonsterMegs for over 4 years, I made the decision to take my business elsewhere. For what it's worth, I never had any issues with their hosting services, my sites had zero downtime. If you ever reach out to support though and you're considered to be even the slightest inconvenience to their bottom line, know that their willingness to reasonably work with the customer (in this case, a loyal customer of multiple years) goes out the window. This is a competitive space with plenty of great players. I would encourage any customers in need of or in the process of reevaluating their web hosting provider to do their due diligence and weigh out their options; I've weighed mine and I decided to purchase hosting from the provider I purchased my domains from. I am now paying a fraction of the price, receive great customer service, all while retaining excellent uptime metrics.

Great company and Support staff Great company, support and people. We were with MonsterMegs for 4 years and always had great service and support from their staff. With business growing, we eventually had to move to dedicated hosting platform which was not available at MM.
