They patient when ticket responses sometimes difficult to explain. Service is really good for 3 years now. Fast hosting and friendly. I am very happy with MonsterMegs.

Great support and fast servers Not the cheapest, but that's not a bad thing. That extra dollar or two will get you outstanding support and fast/reliable servers. I drop a ticket and it's not only in a timely manner, but you get a very detailed and professional response. Whenever an issue or upgrade is coming, they will let you know in advance. My other big likes with MonsterMegs are that they try to stay up to date with the best technology and hardware. I think it was last year that they upgraded their CPU and RAM with very little to no downtime and it didn't raise my bill. Sweet deal I say! I love to stay hosted with a smaller company where they value you as a customer with a little personal touch to it.

I love Monstermegs Hosting! I am happy to say that Monstermegs has been a great web host. I have not noticed any downtime on my website in the last year, even when they migrated to more powerful servers earlier on in the year. These new servers are crazy fast and keep my website loading really quick. While I haven't submitted many tickets, I have always been very satisfied with their support.
