I drop a ticket and it's not only in a timely manner, but you get a very detailed and professional response. Whenever an issue or upgrade is coming, they will let you know in advance. My other big likes with MonsterMegs are that they try to stay up to date with the best technology and hardware. I think it was last year that they upgraded their CPU and RAM with very little to no downtime and it didn't raise my bill. Sweet deal I say! I love to stay hosted with a smaller company where they value you as a customer with a little personal touch to it.
