I was with my previous service for 4 years and reluctant to change, but needed to because my website load speed was deteriorating on the server side. Before leaving, I ran a test website on another provider, but not happy with service. Then I ran a test side on MonsterMegs for 60 days and found a fantastic service. I requested help twice from tech support and was expecting them to point me to a diy article. Instead, they just went ahead and made to adjustments I needed. The servers are fast. C-panel is typical and easy to use.

IEReliable, robust, fast and professional service I've been running the newirishart.com website for over 21 years and have had experience with a number of hosting providers but, from the moment I decided to move the website over to MonsterMegs, everything became so much easier. Along with achieving strong performance figures on Google's Lighthouse test (newirishart.com is content heavy, being 98% images) I also found their rapid response to any query to be professional and prompt. New Irish Art has been with MonsterMegs for a few years now and the experience and price is still the best.

TRNo respect for old clients, new clients beware Should have at least offered a single-cPanel multi-domain option (like Siteground) to legacy clients. I'm currently moving all my domains to Siteground which is a painful process and MonsterMegs is responsible for this pain (even though they like to blame it all on cPanel's pricing changes). New clients, beware: In the future, if MM encounters any trouble that would potentially harm their profits, they will immediately try to balance their profits by tremendously increasing their price (in my case, 300%).

GBAfter being a customer of MonsterMegs… After being a customer of MonsterMegs for over 4 years, I made the decision to take my business elsewhere. For what it's worth, I never had any issues with their hosting services, my sites had zero downtime. If you ever reach out to support though and you're considered to be even the slightest inconvenience to their bottom line, know that their willingness to reasonably work with the customer (in this case, a loyal customer of multiple years) goes out the window. This is a competitive space with plenty of great players. I would encourage any customers in need of or in the process of reevaluating their web hosting provider to do their due diligence and weigh out their options; I've weighed mine and I decided to purchase hosting from the provider I purchased my domains from. I am now paying a fraction of the price, receive great customer service, all while retaining excellent uptime metrics.

RSMonsterMegs is Awesome MonsterMegs is Awesome. Their basic Package covered everything I needed to start a WordPress Blog. Why I've decided to go with MonsterMegs? It was because of SSD storage, LiteSpeed Cache, unlimited domains, and a really great price for the subscription.
