I love Monstermegs Hosting! I am happy to say that Monstermegs has been a great web host. I have not noticed any downtime on my website in the last year, even when they migrated to more powerful servers earlier on in the year. These new servers are crazy fast and keep my website loading really quick. While I haven't submitted many tickets, I have always been very satisfied with their support. I get replies in minutes instead of hours, which is a real bonus.I can see being a customer of theirs for many many years.
