CAI am very happy with MonsterMegs. I come to review Monstermegs host. I feel they are really great host. English is not first language and sometimes it hard to understand them and me. They patient when ticket responses sometimes difficult to explain. Service is really good for 3 years now. Fast hosting and friendly. I am very happy with MonsterMegs.

TRWe bought a semi-independent server We bought a semi-independent server, but for some reason our site speed was slow like shared hosting, even when there were 20-30 visitors, technically there is no comprehensive help and I think the whole team is 1 person. When you want to close a duplicate service, you can never get a refund, I closed the process with 2 years of bad experience and commercial loss. When you want to get a refund, they stop responding, because they didn't delete my credit cards, they plan to get a payment again after 1 year (no, I won't forget and I will complain to the court) Update: Do not be funny! Because you directly deleted my account and you don't even respond via e-mail.

GBStrongly recommended! AquarianAudio.com has used Monstermegs semi-dedicated hosting for over ten years and never would I have wanted to leave less than a 5-star review. Most importantly, the server has been reliable with no memorable down time in the last decade. I mean that literally: I'm sure there has been some service disruptions, but I honestly don't remember them. When we need help, support staff is super fast and thorough--even for non-urgent issues. Thank you, Monstermegs, for your hand in growing our business!

GBGreat company and Support staff Great company, support and people. We were with MonsterMegs for 4 years and always had great service and support from their staff. With business growing, we eventually had to move to dedicated hosting platform which was not available at MM.

TRNo respect for old clients, new clients beware Should have at least offered a single-cPanel multi-domain option (like Siteground) to legacy clients. I'm currently moving all my domains to Siteground which is a painful process and MonsterMegs is responsible for this pain (even though they like to blame it all on cPanel's pricing changes). New clients, beware: In the future, if MM encounters any trouble that would potentially harm their profits, they will immediately try to balance their profits by tremendously increasing their price (in my case, 300%).
