I am very happy with MonsterMegs. I come to review Monstermegs host. I feel they are really great host. English is not first language and sometimes it hard to understand them and me. They patient when ticket responses sometimes difficult to explain. Service is really good for 3 years now. Fast hosting and friendly. I am very happy with MonsterMegs.

Their service is very very very bad You should give a reason, instead of just deactivating, I have changed my contact information as requested, but you still blocked my domain directly, is this reasonable?If I used false information, you shouldn't have paid me, why did you take my money and then ban me???

Excellent service Excellent service, hardware and uptime. I was with my previous service for 4 years and reluctant to change, but needed to because my website load speed was deteriorating on the server side. Before leaving, I ran a test website on another provider, but not happy with service. Then I ran a test side on MonsterMegs for 60 days and found a fantastic service. I requested help twice from tech support and was expecting them to point me to a diy article. Instead, they just went ahead and made to adjustments I needed. The servers are fast. C-panel is typical and easy to use.
