No respect for old clients, new clients beware Should have at least offered a single-cPanel multi-domain option (like Siteground) to legacy clients. I'm currently moving all my domains to Siteground which is a painful process and MonsterMegs is responsible for this pain (even though they like to blame it all on cPanel's pricing changes). New clients, beware: In the future, if MM encounters any trouble that would potentially harm their profits, they will immediately try to balance their profits by tremendously increasing their price (in my case, 300%).

MonsterMegs is not the cheapest, but is among the most reliable hosting, and their costumer service is where they shine the most. It is very responsive and people are very knowledgeable. I have never left waiting for an answer just to get a generic one. It always feels like I communicate with real people (like friends, if I may say so) who give their best effort to solve a problem.
