However if you are running obscure applications or want handholding, you might want a local expert to augment the support. MM support is responsive but not omnipotent. MM seems to fit with very simple hosting or very experienced clients. Rock solid availability. Softlicious is a mindblowing capability if you've ever had to stand up an application. The technical support response time is very good, but if you are a total noob trying to do advanced things, hire a freelancer to help you.
