I requested help twice from tech support and was expecting them to point me to a diy article. Instead, they just went ahead and made to adjustments I needed. The servers are fast. C-panel is typical and easy to use.

We bought a semi-independent server We bought a semi-independent server, but for some reason our site speed was slow like shared hosting, even when there were 20-30 visitors, technically there is no comprehensive help and I think the whole team is 1 person. When you want to close a duplicate service, you can never get a refund, I closed the process with 2 years of bad experience and commercial loss. When you want to get a refund, they stop responding, because they didn't delete my credit cards, they plan to get a payment again after 1 year (no, I won't forget and I will complain to the court) Update: Do not be funny! Because you directly deleted my account and you don't even respond via e-mail.
