Along with achieving strong performance figures on Google's Lighthouse test (newirishart.com is content heavy, being 98% images) I also found their rapid response to any query to be professional and prompt. GBAfter being a customer of MonsterMegs… After being a customer of MonsterMegs for over 4 years, I made the decision to take my business elsewhere. For what it's worth, I never had any issues with their hosting services, my sites had zero downtime. If you ever reach out to support though and you're considered to be even the slightest inconvenience to their bottom line, know that their willingness to reasonably work with the customer (in this case, a loyal customer of multiple years) goes out the window. This is a competitive space with plenty of great players. I would encourage any customers in need of or in the process of reevaluating their web hosting provider to do their due diligence and weigh out their options; I've weighed mine and I decided to purchase hosting from the provider I purchased my domains from. I am now paying a fraction of the price, receive great customer service, all while retaining excellent uptime metrics.

I'm really pleased with the amount of storage provided and the number of services. It was especially important to have SQL and PHP support, and that aspect has worked very well for me. The few times I've run into problems, the team at MonsterMegs has been very helpful. I'm really pleased with my elegantlexicon.com domain, and have plans to set up more in the future.

GBGreat support and fast servers Not the cheapest, but that's not a bad thing. That extra dollar or two will get you outstanding support and fast/reliable servers. I drop a ticket and it's not only in a timely manner, but you get a very detailed and professional response. Whenever an issue or upgrade is coming, they will let you know in advance. My other big likes with MonsterMegs are that they try to stay up to date with the best technology and hardware. I think it was last year that they upgraded their CPU and RAM with very little to no downtime and it didn't raise my bill. Sweet deal I say! I love to stay hosted with a smaller company where they value you as a customer with a little personal touch to it.
