No support Software doesn't recover files and support doesn't answer my support ticket, even though I've payed for priority support. --- EDIT 22/09 --- Reply stated I got an answer on my support ticket. I didn't. --- EDIT 24/11 --- Ticket #327252 - No reply after 24/08 Ticket #395229 - No reply at all If there's a third option (aside from email and your website) where I can find whether or not I was answered, please let me know.

I accidentally formatted the wrong… I accidentally formatted the wrong drive and was looking for a way to get my files back. After reading the reviews, I decided to experiment with the trial version of this diskinternals software and was completely impressed by its fast performance and ability to recover all types of files. After thinking about it for a few days, I finally invested in a license - despite the price, I have no regrets! The program is incredibly convenient and effective. I highly recommend this!

Reliable software Oh, it's been a long day trying to recover my project document. I've completely lost hope about the recovery knowing that the file got lost from my hard drive. I didn't know it was possible to recover lost files on harddrive again until I started searching online if there's a way out. Who wouldn't be troubled? Final project document at that. Amazingly fast!!! What makes DiskInternals product is that they recover data very fast, I have installed the trial software from may other companies but found DiskInternal "Partition Recovery" & "RAID Recovery" are far better than others.
