Absolutely Horrible Not a very good company with quality service or quality workers. Already working on filing a report with the BBB after they wont refund unused time on a Semi_annual plan that sucks. DO NOT USE!

THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT USE THIS Ok so me and a friend were looking for a server host to start a server for fun... but what the f* did i get myself into we spend around 200 euros on advertising the server and about 20 a month for the actual hosting of it. At the beginning everything was alright everything was outdated but we managed to configure set up all the perms blablablabla one plugin did not want to work wich was a hosthorde issue we contacted them they basically told us its our fault so we just did not use it. After about a month the cpu just stopped working it was always at 270% even with no one on the server went into support about this they said it was fine. Untill the server crashed because the cpu and EVERYTHING got corrupted i asked support for help they said it was my fault again and did not offer any help so i shut down the server and went into a support ticket again explained the situation and they litteraly blocked me from going into the support tickets they also keep sending me invoices with no way of canceling the plan i keep getting spammed with emails telling me to pay and they keep trying to take money from my credit card. I had to call my credit card company to get this fixed i took screenshots and have proof of all of this. This was a big waste of time + money. THIS IS A SCAM

Amazing service They have great customer service. Their servers are great and lag-free for me. If I need support, I open a live chat, and I usually get a response in less than 5 minutes. I would recommend

SCAM they literally took my money, and closed my server, without giving me my money back. Also this support guy said that he could use money that was MINE to buy me a new server but he cant give them back to me. doesnt make sense

Their unlimited plan isn't unlimited at… Their unlimited plan isn't unlimited at all. It gives you 12gb's of ram which will tap out of enough people use it. Terrible support and machines I wouldn't recommend that you use this at all.
