Everyone from the employee who came out to tell us more about the product, take measurements and give us our quote (Bob) to the team who installed it (Lavandis, Joseph and Mike) were very nice, helpful and professional. Great job Great job! Cost was less than half of what my builder was going to charge. I have to say this was one of the most pleasant services I had, since I moved into my New Home. Mr Chris was so precise on explaining how to use and take care of the Katchakid net and cover. Lavandis and Mike did a fantastic job installing our new safety net. They were also very helpful explaining every aspect of the net and how easy it is to remove and install.
