The entire process was amazing The entire process was amazing, from discussing the options to getting a quote and the final install. Everyone and the entire process was very professional and the end product was amazing. Roman was our install tech who did such an amazing job. We had just redone our pool coping and concrete around the pool and there is not a single scratch, chip, or crap. Not to mention he took the time to walk us through taking the entire net off and putting back on. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience start to finish Excellent experience start to finish. Beginning with Bob, a true professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Oscar was our installer, another true professional, helpful and patient, showing us how to properly remove and then place the netting back after pool use. In fact, everyone we dealt with has been great at Katchakid. Best of all, we now have this great safety feature for our kids and our home. I highly recommend!

Great home improvement experience I thought I wanted a fence around our pool so our grandkids would be safe in our backyard. But Mason showed me the cons of a pool net instead and then it only took a few weeks to get it installed. All my communications with this company were very professional. Oscar was our installer and it was fascinating to watch him get the net sized and installed and then he showed us how to put it on and take it off. Overall this was a very positive home improvement experience!

Great job Great job! Cost was less than half of what my builder was going to charge. I have to say this was one of the most pleasant services I had, since I moved into my New Home. Mr Chris was so precise on explaining how to use and take care of the Katchakid net and cover. Lavandis and Mike did a fantastic job installing our new safety net. They were also very helpful explaining every aspect of the net and how easy it is to remove and install.
