GRI use it every day Todoist helped me to structure my daily routine. I add big and small, work and personal tasks - and finally, I don't have a chance to forget something) It has flat design and useful badges I use for different work and personal projects. It would be cool to have the statistics of tasks, based on tags. For me to understand how many routine tasks I completed VS important (for example). The free version is enough, but I love the app so much, so decided to buy the subscription. Thanks guys!

GBIt's so natural to use People tend to post reviews when they're unhappy. I just did, for another company. Then I got to thinking I should review a product that has been great for me. The first that came to mind is Todoist. I have used it for a couple years as a paying customer for my work and it has been excellent. I just switched to it for personal use as well (after clunky Apple Reminders wiped the dates on all of my reminders). My favorite feature is the ability to simply describe a date or recurrence pattern like "Swim Class Next Saturday" or "Tax Return Every First Monday April" (that one is really slick). Todoist is a big time-saver compared to other reminder/task apps that I've tried and it's so natural to use. Nice-looking too.

GBI used to be incredibly unorganised I used to be incredibly unorganised, writing meaningless words on scraps of paper, or using various notes apps, and a friend recommended Todoist... and now it's used by everyone at Healthy Stuff! This simple app is on my phone, computer and tablet and is used for those little jobs you'd forget (like to send an email tomorrow) to the big, reoccurring projects that whole teams work on. The best bit is that it's so automated in its thinking. If I type 'Every Friday', or 'by Wednesday' or 'in a week', it'll pick that up and create a reminder for that day. I now use it for every work project I have, and also now use it for my personal life, to pay bills, remember birthdays and even water certain plants! 🌿 Thanks, Todoist team for creating an easy-to-use app that's fully accessible everywhere!

BRMixed Feelings Mixed Feelings I have used the premium version of Todoist both on Android and Windows a couple of years ago and had nothing to complain about the program in itself and its usability. Although, in some countries the price range of the premium version is out of range for most people. Considering these regional peculiarities along with discount for student would be a great improvement. Other thing that saddens me is the fact that discount for education is no longer available (with the promise for a better one in the future). In my humble opinion the company should have kept active the benefit along with the development of a superior and more accessible one.

GBUnreliable, full of bugs and half baked features + Bad support. I am using Todoist for a number of years and is becoming more and more unreliable with many unfixed bugs. Really so many bugs and the worst of all is that nobody fixes them even though they close the raised tickets! Although the customer support responds relatively in an ok timeframe, there is usually no successful resolution of the issues raised. More than 10 issues I raised are still unresolved and I have not received any meaningful update. Also, many features are half-baked such as the location reminder feature that can only be assigned to yourself although for other reminders you can assign them to other people. Literally, so many things are wrong, that is a waste of time to report them as they will never get fixed.
