CATodoist helps keep me organized Todoist helps keep me organized - I truly could not live without it! Allows me to prioritize my tasks in a super simple way. I definitely recommend Todoist to everyone - I really think it's the best to-do list app available!

GBBeen using it since September 2015 (Grand Master Karma level) Been using it since September 2015, almost 6 years and Karma points at 39,153 now. Been my go-to to plan my task's. I was a paid customer for 2 years till they increased the price and had to let go as it got expensive. I made my teammates install and we tracked our immediate support task's here for few years under a business plan and continue now in the free version with what we can. Still, it is good under the free version too.

GBGreat software, awful support Todoist is a great tool. Nicely designed and really useful. But frequently I encounter bugs and problems and when I do, the tech support is AWFUL. They take ages to reply to tickets, give incomplete and confusing answers when pressed for updates, always complain that they have a huge backlog and things are taking longer than usual, but it's been that way for a year at least. Beyond a certain point, it's not "longer than usual", it's "just as long as usual". Honestly the only reason I haven't bailed on them to try out TickTick is because I'm so entrenched in this software with a complicated set-up. But every mishandled support case gets me closer to that point.

GBIt's so natural to use People tend to post reviews when they're unhappy. I just did, for another company. Then I got to thinking I should review a product that has been great for me. The first that came to mind is Todoist. I have used it for a couple years as a paying customer for my work and it has been excellent. I just switched to it for personal use as well (after clunky Apple Reminders wiped the dates on all of my reminders). My favorite feature is the ability to simply describe a date or recurrence pattern like "Swim Class Next Saturday" or "Tax Return Every First Monday April" (that one is really slick). Todoist is a big time-saver compared to other reminder/task apps that I've tried and it's so natural to use. Nice-looking too.

ZAInbox Limit even for paid subscribers is annoying. Pretty good. I wish they didn't limit the Inbox to only 300 task - subtasks are included in this limit, and sometimes I wanna crack out a bunch of things and subtasks into the Inbox, and later filter them into projects, but I keep getting limit alerts on the 300 task limit for the INBOX, and as a paid subscriber, I am shocked that this limit on the inbox is there.
