Scam software - AVOID From a software perspective, the product is terrible. Please don't waste your time uploading videos and trialling the software. From a customer service point of view, it is even worse. Signed up for a trial, and cancelled the trial after realising the software is terrible - but they proceeded to charge me for 6 months straight unknowingly. Once I found out, they refused to provide a refund. Avoid at all costs.

This product is not good. This should be a great product. But it fundamentally doesn't work. I originally gave a 5 star review, but after months of trying to persevere, I've come to the conclusion that it's a great concept, poorly executed. The Zapier + Pabbly integration doesn't work, the connection times out before a video is made. Uploading via CSV doesn't work, you'll get 1-3 successful for every 30-50 uploaded. I've spent so much of my time going to support, and they just pass it onto the developers and I never hear anything again. I have just cancelled my subscription, but I will happily have my mind changed. If one of the team over at Bhuman can reach out to me with the email you have on your system, and fix all of these product problems, I will not only continue my subscription, I'll upgrade it, and look to go to an enterprise plan in the near future. And I will be happy to amend my review accordingly. But I've dedicated too much of my time to making this work, and I really shouldn't have to. Leaving my original review below for transparency: This product is unbelievable. I used to spend 50-60% of my time sending customised videos to prospects... and now it can be done for me, and there is literally 0 difference! That's 30 hours per week that I can now use doing other tasks! Being 100% honest, the UI can be a little glitchy at times, but when the product works this well I can't have too many complaints.
