GBThis product is not good. This should be a great product. But it fundamentally doesn't work. I originally gave a 5 star review, but after months of trying to persevere, I've come to the conclusion that it's a great concept, poorly executed. The Zapier + Pabbly integration doesn't work, the connection times out before a video is made. Uploading via CSV doesn't work, you'll get 1-3 successful for every 30-50 uploaded. I've spent so much of my time going to support, and they just pass it onto the developers and I never hear anything again. I have just cancelled my subscription, but I will happily have my mind changed. If one of the team over at Bhuman can reach out to me with the email you have on your system, and fix all of these product problems, I will not only continue my subscription, I'll upgrade it, and look to go to an enterprise plan in the near future. And I will be happy to amend my review accordingly. But I've dedicated too much of my time to making this work, and I really shouldn't have to. Leaving my original review below for transparency: This product is unbelievable. I used to spend 50-60% of my time sending customised videos to prospects... and now it can be done for me, and there is literally 0 difference! That's 30 hours per week that I can now use doing other tasks! Being 100% honest, the UI can be a little glitchy at times, but when the product works this well I can't have too many complaints.

GBScam software - AVOID From a software perspective, the product is terrible. Please don't waste your time uploading videos and trialling the software. From a customer service point of view, it is even worse. Signed up for a trial, and cancelled the trial after realising the software is terrible - but they proceeded to charge me for 6 months straight unknowingly. Once I found out, they refused to provide a refund. Avoid at all costs.

ESTerrible software with even worse support I have purchased this app for the second time only to be met again with bad results. This time I signed up for a Google Meet where oh surprise, we were a group. The first impression I got from the man who attended us, was that of an unfriendly watchman who treats you badly as if he was doing you a favor. When I explained to him that I followed all the steps I had said in the meeting and that I got TERRIBLE results, he started shooting me with a series of assumptions of how I was supposed to have made a mistake. When I showed him the video and saw that none of them were true, he started saying nonsense like "your client's name is too long". Pedro is too long, I mean, if you have a client named Jessica, don't even think about putting her on an automated list because it's going to look like the girl from the exorcist is invoking your client. If there is something more than a buggy app, it is a buggy app that does not recognize itself as such and treats its clients above men. I would pay 5 premium memberships to give less than 100 tacos to such unpresentable companies.
