BEWARE of Osum BEWARE. I signed up for the 7 day trial and my credit card was immediately billed. All attempts to get in touch with Osum (email, Facebook chat) have been ignored. Do not give your credit card details unless you want to be billed immediately. Update - Osum only replied after I had posted this review online, despite what they state below. They did not reply to email nor FB within 5 days. They have refused my request for a refund, because I downloaded the "trial" data into a PDF. Update2 - Adam from Osum asked me how they can make the website clearer, so that people don't get confused like I did. It looks like they have made some changes now so that it's clearer. Good to see.

It appears that there is a lot of web scraping, followed by generic assumptions about the industry the company played in, however the industry the solution assumed wasn't even correct. A lot of money per month for something so generic and incorrect. It is easy to use though.
