I've been using this platform for a few… I've been using this platform for a few months now, and I'm impressed by the breadth of features it offers. From SWOT analysis to buyer personas, it covers all the bases when it comes to market research. The interface is clean and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate even for beginners. While there's always room for improvement, I'm overall satisfied with the value it provides for the price.

Pay attention Please read carefully the different plans: some offer a 7 free trial, some will lead you to pay immediately the full amount. And to understand in which one you will be, you need to read very very carefully the page.

DONT BUY - Product may be solid but there set up is broken and they will blame you for their problems. I'll be upfront, I had problems from the start. I was charged for my free trial. I ran one report and to be fair it did quickly generate a detailed, comprehensive report. But the customer experience was ridiculous, I was charged for a free trial and whoever was on the live chat was a dick. This is the first time I've left a review and I want to do this because I want someone from their team to realise that a simple refund at the start for someone who was genuinly interested in your product would have secured you a client. Whoever the drop kick was that I was dealing with is going to impact your business. I hope to God it wasnt the founder himself. So it started from the jump, I selected the free trial offer and as soon as I joined I was charged. Didn't think much of it, should have been a quick fix from CS. While running my first report I sent a message explaining my situation. They left me on read for an hour. I asked them if there were any updated and the response I got was, we checked our links and they work, I must made a mistake and not selected the trial. Off to a great start. I explained that I didn't and since I already wasn't liking being left unanswered I asked for a refund. But once again messages fell on deaf ears with just being left on read. I wanted to double check if I could claim a refund so I went through the FAQ's and it explained that I needed to "check if I was eligible". I followed the steps but it didn't give me the option to do so. I suspect it was because you don't get that option when you select the free trial it. Took screenshots of the FAQ and the dashboard where there wasn't any links and showed this to my friendly tech support guy. His response that I needed to learn how to read and to follow the FAQ process properly. After I explained to him I could and he realising he was wrong he corrected himself that he was updating the process and I should follow his new instructions. "were not robots you know". He then decided to cancel the account and refund it, which he could have done multiple times hours earlier and then after closing my account. He sends me a edited version of our chat history that conveniently leaves out a lot of the conversation. Whoever I was dealing with the tech side, needs to learn if your facing customers, how to interact with people if your customer facing. Everyone thinks they may be Elliot from Mr Robot but really your just lacking social skills. Who ever is running Osum, I'm the second review that had the same issue with the "free trial" it may only happen to a small amount of people but if you try to gaslight them and tell them its their fault your going to loose clients. If your doing it for this issue what happens when something happens on a bigger scale?

BEWARE of Osum BEWARE. I signed up for the 7 day trial and my credit card was immediately billed. All attempts to get in touch with Osum (email, Facebook chat) have been ignored. Do not give your credit card details unless you want to be billed immediately. Update - Osum only replied after I had posted this review online, despite what they state below. They did not reply to email nor FB within 5 days. They have refused my request for a refund, because I downloaded the "trial" data into a PDF. Update2 - Adam from Osum asked me how they can make the website clearer, so that people don't get confused like I did. It looks like they have made some changes now so that it's clearer. Good to see.
