They did not reply to email nor FB within 5 days. They have refused my request for a refund, because I downloaded the "trial" data into a PDF. Update2 - Adam from Osum asked me how they can make the website clearer, so that people don't get confused like I did. It looks like they have made some changes now so that it's clearer. Good to see.
