Great all natural product After using hydration electrolyte concentrate prior to drinking, I was able to hold my liquor. I usually wake up the next morning with a hangover, but this time I didn't. I could get out the bed without feeling full and regretting the following night. It is easy to use and the taste isn't bad. I love that this is an all natural product and don't have any artificial preservatives. Will be using every time I decide to indulge in alcoholic beverages.

Pleasantly Surprised I am pleasantly surprised with this bottle of Hydration Electrolyte Concentrate. I wasn't expecting much when I bought it; just hoping that it would work. I'm using it to go along with my low carb diet and found that it helps minimize the leg cramps that I have been getting. By itself, it tastes like salt water. There is not an unpleasant taste when used as directed though.
