Let me say I already get weekly… Let me say I already get weekly treatment of Meyers cocktail & B complex & the D shut once a week and I was told about the Hydration Electrolyte Concentrate since I work out and so glad I started using it by adding to my water and it has no taste which is great. Pleasantly Surprised I am pleasantly surprised with this bottle of Hydration Electrolyte Concentrate. I wasn't expecting much when I bought it; just hoping that it would work. I'm using it to go along with my low carb diet and found that it helps minimize the leg cramps that I have been getting. By itself, it tastes like salt water. There is not an unpleasant taste when used as directed though.
