The person I spoke with was very polite and knowledgeable. She explained the different tests and wanted to make sure the right test was done. I received the results in a week. I called and spoke with a representative they were so respectful and courteous. They answered all of my questions the test was provided by mail to me and the other person who lived out of state. The results were returned back to the company by FedX insuring the results. I was very comfortable with the laboratory report given me. When the results came they called me to tell me the results were emailed and if I had any questions. That they would mail the results to the prospective persons involved.
