I found the staff especially Heather… I found the staff especially Heather very friendly and helpful for the test I had performed. My only problem was I had more than one potential Dad and 1 wasn't willing and I couldn't contact anyone from his family. The first test was with a potential "uncle" and the results were "not related" and that was a disappointment. So we had to go another route with genealogy which this company didn't help with. We had to go get an Ancestry kit for that and get a genealogist to do the research. So if you have more than 1 potential father do some research first.

My host of questions were answered to my satisfaction. I explained my situation and what I needed to prove. I was guided with understanding and facts. I ask several scenarios; all answered to my satisfaction. I ordered the kit, received immediate feedback via emails regarding status. I was informed of every step. Received kit within 4 days. Sent it back FEDX, and again….constant updates. Results were in 4 business days. Phone call and email were within seconds of each other. Great experience. Highly recommend.

I seen shows on television regarding… I seen shows on television regarding paternity but never would I want to put my business out there like that, so I googled and found a company that does DNA testing. I called and spoke with a representative they were so respectful and courteous. They answered all of my questions the test was provided by mail to me and the other person who lived out of state. The results were returned back to the company by FedX insuring the results. I was very comfortable with the laboratory report given me. When the results came they called me to tell me the results were emailed and if I had any questions. That they would mail the results to the prospective persons involved.
