I found the staff especially Heather… I found the staff especially Heather very friendly and helpful for the test I had performed. My only problem was I had more than one potential Dad and 1 wasn't willing and I couldn't contact anyone from his family. The first test was with a potential "uncle" and the results were "not related" and that was a disappointment. So we had to go another route with genealogy which this company didn't help with. We had to go get an Ancestry kit for that and get a genealogist to do the research. So if you have more than 1 potential father do some research first.

Heather was amazing Heather was amazing. I was going thru a difficult time, in that we needed to legally establish that my son was the father of beautiful twin baby girls. Heather assisted me in setting up testing in multiple locations, since the mother up and moved with the girls hundreds of miles away from my son. And YES, he is their DADDY!!! I will recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

Michelle was absolutely amazing through… Michelle was absolutely amazing through the entire process, she understood the unique circumstances of our family as a whole, showed compassion and went above and beyond to get things complete rather than just sell me a service. I would recommend her to anyone needing to get tested, I wanted to send her a gift but I understand many are working from home. Your instructions were easy to follow Your instructions were easy to follow. Love how you sent a email so we can print off the test results. If people need dna test for court or anything legal make sure u the higher priced dna test. I should of gotten it...didnt know the mother of the child was gonna tell me things wont change until i have a legal dna test done. Other then that you did a great job. Thank u
