We had always had a problem with… We had always had a problem with terrible spammy ads confusing our customers and no matter what we did, we couldn't get rid of them. We joined Ezoic and they diligently researched the problem and actually fixed it, when we thought it was impossible. Not only that, but our revenue immediately soared. I was a little wary at their sales pitch - could they really compete with adsense and make more? Yes, they can. Give them a shot. You won't regret it. I'm not a paid endorser, just a satisfied customer.

Bad Service, Worse Customer Service. **EDIT** Addition to the Argumentative Nature of their Response. Within onboarding, they had a customer service agent get me on board and convince me that Ezoic was a good choice. But when I needed help to adjust the ads that broke the design, it was silent because I am only on "level 1". Also, while the "premium" began with a very slight ROI, it quickly changed after the initial signup. Additional data will show that it was not a positive ROI over time. The whole business model is built on roping you into their service and once you're there, they don't care to assist in any way. The chrome extension just doesn't work. ------------- It seemed to work a bit in the beginning but now my site is broken with poorly placed ads. And they are EVERYWHERE destroying the user experience. Can I just remove certain ad placements? Well, you should be able to through the google chrome extension but whenever I choose to remove a placement from the site I just get a forever loading screen and no action. It does NOT work. Do I make more money from their premium services even though they say it will bring in a higher ROI and pay itself off? Nope Is there a way to contact anyone at the company to help fix the issue? Nope Bad News here. I am actively seeking new alternatives now and you should do the same before thinking about using them.

Stay away from Ezoic! Stay away from Ezoic! I tried it for several months and it killed my user experience. The average time per session decreased by 50% with the ads they put. It also slows down the website. Now that I want to leave them, they are forcing me to stay and they are still charging me Premium fees, even if I don't display ads anymore. Really bad behaviour, don't subscribe to them!

Ezoic has gone above and beyond! Ezoic has gone above and beyond with how they've helped us grow our display ad revenue. They were extremely helpful in the onboarding, especially our dedicated representative Gavin Batson. We had been turned down by many Ad publishers due to the fact that Google Ad widgets were performing better than they could. When Ezoic told us they could use the top performing Google Ad widgets, and then any Ezoic Ad placements that could perform better, we were willing to give it a try. And it worked! We're very pleased with how our ad display revenue is growing.

Deleted my cloudflare DNS records, never share your cloud flare never give them access to your cloudflare, they removed all my DNS records and they force you to manage all records on their platform such a shady practice, LEAVE MY CLOUDFLARE RECORDS ALONE you didn't need to remove them just add whatever you need to my Cloudflare but why remove existing ones and clone them to Ezoic?? What If I don't like your product? I had to recreate all my records again and website went down. Also NEVER share your Cloudflare password with them that should've been my red flag. Your DNS practice immediately made me want to delete my ezoic account but GUESS WHAT? I can't because i must "unintegrate" my website but I can't a figure out a way to do that. Do not get stuck those those shady practices.
