Bad Service, Worse Customer Service. **EDIT** Addition to the Argumentative Nature of their Response. Within onboarding, they had a customer service agent get me on board and convince me that Ezoic was a good choice. But when I needed help to adjust the ads that broke the design, it was silent because I am only on "level 1". Also, while the "premium" began with a very slight ROI, it quickly changed after the initial signup. Additional data will show that it was not a positive ROI over time. The whole business model is built on roping you into their service and once you're there, they don't care to assist in any way. The chrome extension just doesn't work. ------------- It seemed to work a bit in the beginning but now my site is broken with poorly placed ads. And they are EVERYWHERE destroying the user experience. Can I just remove certain ad placements? Well, you should be able to through the google chrome extension but whenever I choose to remove a placement from the site I just get a forever loading screen and no action. It does NOT work. Do I make more money from their premium services even though they say it will bring in a higher ROI and pay itself off? Nope Is there a way to contact anyone at the company to help fix the issue? Nope Bad News here. I am actively seeking new alternatives now and you should do the same before thinking about using them.

Great support, great returns - very happy I switched Due to some technical issues on my site I couldn't use one of Ezoic's simple integration techniques and had to use a "Standalone implentation". Sounds awful but ended up being straightforward. Any issues were fixed by a group chat organised by my account rep Laura Derrick. Very happy with the support I have received and the improved revenues from the ads over my older Adsense approach

Ezoic is by far the best ad platform… Ezoic is by far the best ad platform out there. They answer to all my questions in a few minutes, revenue is increased when compared to AdSense and they approved my sites fast. Ezoic helped my website stay live during the ad apocalypse and during the pandemic. LEAP is keeping my site fast thanks to caching and is very easy to use.

There was a time when this was a great… There was a time when this was a great alternative to the major players in the advertising field, sadly everything has changed and while I hate to see a business in based in the US fail.. the tactics that were used to try and keep us as a customer was despicable, emails, calls... never stopped begging the company to stay. I give the company 2 stars because honesty I want something to change, because some good people work there, and it's not their fault that the CEO isn't steering the ship.

Deleted my cloudflare DNS records, never share your cloud flare never give them access to your cloudflare, they removed all my DNS records and they force you to manage all records on their platform such a shady practice, LEAVE MY CLOUDFLARE RECORDS ALONE you didn't need to remove them just add whatever you need to my Cloudflare but why remove existing ones and clone them to Ezoic?? What If I don't like your product? I had to recreate all my records again and website went down. Also NEVER share your Cloudflare password with them that should've been my red flag. Your DNS practice immediately made me want to delete my ezoic account but GUESS WHAT? I can't because i must "unintegrate" my website but I can't a figure out a way to do that. Do not get stuck those those shady practices.
