INSuperb experience so far! Been publishing a few years, but got back at it after a 5 year gap. A lot changed, including how ad networks work. I came across Ezoic sometime into my second innings as a publisher, and while the platform comes with its own cons (which is mostly just related to the setup process), I am pleasantly surprised with the platform overall. From granular data (wrt traffic, earnings, site speed, etc.) to a suite to help publishers grow, Ezoic is an easy recommend. They're constantly also launching new features to help publishers grow, which is really cool. This is a 100% honest review, I am not paid by Ezoic to write this.

GBQuality Customer Service We've never displayed ads on our sites before and have been working with Ezoic for a couple of weeks to get started. Brannon and Zach have both been proactive and accessible. They promptly resolve any issues and are patient in educating me about ads. The Ezoic dashboard is easy enough to understand. So it's been a pleasant experience so far. I'm not seeing any site speed issues.

SAA ridiculous and complicated system A ridiculous and complicated system They removed the 10,000 views requirement, which is good But after registering, you will be surprised that they impose three stages of testing on you to obtain approval As if we were their slaves, the support section is full of technical complaints I hope to simplify the site procedures, and make it clearer

GBThere was a time when this was a great… There was a time when this was a great alternative to the major players in the advertising field, sadly everything has changed and while I hate to see a business in based in the US fail.. the tactics that were used to try and keep us as a customer was despicable, emails, calls... never stopped begging the company to stay. I give the company 2 stars because honesty I want something to change, because some good people work there, and it's not their fault that the CEO isn't steering the ship.

AEDeleted my cloudflare DNS records, never share your cloud flare never give them access to your cloudflare, they removed all my DNS records and they force you to manage all records on their platform such a shady practice, LEAVE MY CLOUDFLARE RECORDS ALONE you didn't need to remove them just add whatever you need to my Cloudflare but why remove existing ones and clone them to Ezoic?? What If I don't like your product? I had to recreate all my records again and website went down. Also NEVER share your Cloudflare password with them that should've been my red flag. Your DNS practice immediately made me want to delete my ezoic account but GUESS WHAT? I can't because i must "unintegrate" my website but I can't a figure out a way to do that. Do not get stuck those those shady practices.
