GBBad Service, Worse Customer Service. **EDIT** Addition to the Argumentative Nature of their Response. Within onboarding, they had a customer service agent get me on board and convince me that Ezoic was a good choice. But when I needed help to adjust the ads that broke the design, it was silent because I am only on "level 1". Also, while the "premium" began with a very slight ROI, it quickly changed after the initial signup. Additional data will show that it was not a positive ROI over time. The whole business model is built on roping you into their service and once you're there, they don't care to assist in any way. The chrome extension just doesn't work. ------------- It seemed to work a bit in the beginning but now my site is broken with poorly placed ads. And they are EVERYWHERE destroying the user experience. Can I just remove certain ad placements? Well, you should be able to through the google chrome extension but whenever I choose to remove a placement from the site I just get a forever loading screen and no action. It does NOT work. Do I make more money from their premium services even though they say it will bring in a higher ROI and pay itself off? Nope Is there a way to contact anyone at the company to help fix the issue? Nope Bad News here. I am actively seeking new alternatives now and you should do the same before thinking about using them.

GBThe onboarding process is a lot better now! I have been using Ezoic for a few years, and things definitely changed a lot. I used to connect all my site by myself and do all the setup. But this time, I was contacted by Juan Pablo Guzman, and he offered to onboard one of my sites. I would say the whole experience is speedy and smooth. Juan explains everything in detail and he's super quick to respond. The site is up and running with Ezoic within a week and has increased my revenue quite a bit. I hope Juan and Ezoic can keep up the good work!

BREzoic is a trustworthy platform. Ezoic is a trustworthy platform. They made my website had better results overall. they give classes or lectures almost always. Also, they will likely recommend a manager for you. My project manager is named Yiota and she has scheduled some meetings with me through Google Meets to teach me how to use Ezoic and how to improve the performance of Cards Realm. In the end, they were free mentoring and very important for me to make sure I was doing the right thing. GBQuality Customer Service We've never displayed ads on our sites before and have been working with Ezoic for a couple of weeks to get started. Brannon and Zach have both been proactive and accessible. They promptly resolve any issues and are patient in educating me about ads. The Ezoic dashboard is easy enough to understand. So it's been a pleasant experience so far. I'm not seeing any site speed issues.

AEStay away from Ezoic! Stay away from Ezoic! I tried it for several months and it killed my user experience. The average time per session decreased by 50% with the ads they put. It also slows down the website. Now that I want to leave them, they are forcing me to stay and they are still charging me Premium fees, even if I don't display ads anymore. Really bad behaviour, don't subscribe to them!
