Quality Customer Service We've never displayed ads on our sites before and have been working with Ezoic for a couple of weeks to get started. Brannon and Zach have both been proactive and accessible. They promptly resolve any issues and are patient in educating me about ads. The Ezoic dashboard is easy enough to understand. So it's been a pleasant experience so far. I'm not seeing any site speed issues.

Superb experience so far! Been publishing a few years, but got back at it after a 5 year gap. A lot changed, including how ad networks work. I came across Ezoic sometime into my second innings as a publisher, and while the platform comes with its own cons (which is mostly just related to the setup process), I am pleasantly surprised with the platform overall. From granular data (wrt traffic, earnings, site speed, etc.) to a suite to help publishers grow, Ezoic is an easy recommend. They're constantly also launching new features to help publishers grow, which is really cool. This is a 100% honest review, I am not paid by Ezoic to write this.

Bad Service, Worse Customer Service. **EDIT** Addition to the Argumentative Nature of their Response. Within onboarding, they had a customer service agent get me on board and convince me that Ezoic was a good choice. But when I needed help to adjust the ads that broke the design, it was silent because I am only on "level 1". Also, while the "premium" began with a very slight ROI, it quickly changed after the initial signup. Additional data will show that it was not a positive ROI over time. The whole business model is built on roping you into their service and once you're there, they don't care to assist in any way. The chrome extension just doesn't work. ------------- It seemed to work a bit in the beginning but now my site is broken with poorly placed ads. And they are EVERYWHERE destroying the user experience. Can I just remove certain ad placements? Well, you should be able to through the google chrome extension but whenever I choose to remove a placement from the site I just get a forever loading screen and no action. It does NOT work. Do I make more money from their premium services even though they say it will bring in a higher ROI and pay itself off? Nope Is there a way to contact anyone at the company to help fix the issue? Nope Bad News here. I am actively seeking new alternatives now and you should do the same before thinking about using them.

However, Ezoic's flexibility and powerful backend software allowed us to minimize ad intrusiveness while maintaining very good ad revenue. Matthew B. is the Ezoic success manager that got us set up and has continued to support us above and beyond what he is required to. I can't say enough good things about how he's helped us set ads up just how we want them, as well as fast-tracking bug fixes for us.

Stay away from Ezoic! Stay away from Ezoic! I tried it for several months and it killed my user experience. The average time per session decreased by 50% with the ads they put. It also slows down the website. Now that I want to leave them, they are forcing me to stay and they are still charging me Premium fees, even if I don't display ads anymore. Really bad behaviour, don't subscribe to them!
