Holly sh***t !! Holly sh***t !!! The mess they caused on my DNS records are INSANE. with no option to revert changes they made.

There was a time when this was a great… There was a time when this was a great alternative to the major players in the advertising field, sadly everything has changed and while I hate to see a business in based in the US fail.. the tactics that were used to try and keep us as a customer was despicable, emails, calls... never stopped begging the company to stay. I give the company 2 stars because honesty I want something to change, because some good people work there, and it's not their fault that the CEO isn't steering the ship.

Ezoic has been a game-changer for my… Ezoic has been a game-changer for my business partner and I, who run a medium-traffic website. We were originally hesitant to put ads on the site. However, Ezoic's flexibility and powerful backend software allowed us to minimize ad intrusiveness while maintaining very good ad revenue. Matthew B. is the Ezoic success manager that got us set up and has continued to support us above and beyond what he is required to. I can't say enough good things about how he's helped us set ads up just how we want them, as well as fast-tracking bug fixes for us.

Bad Service, Worse Customer Service. **EDIT** Addition to the Argumentative Nature of their Response. Within onboarding, they had a customer service agent get me on board and convince me that Ezoic was a good choice. But when I needed help to adjust the ads that broke the design, it was silent because I am only on "level 1". Also, while the "premium" began with a very slight ROI, it quickly changed after the initial signup. Additional data will show that it was not a positive ROI over time. The whole business model is built on roping you into their service and once you're there, they don't care to assist in any way. The chrome extension just doesn't work. ------------- It seemed to work a bit in the beginning but now my site is broken with poorly placed ads. And they are EVERYWHERE destroying the user experience. Can I just remove certain ad placements? Well, you should be able to through the google chrome extension but whenever I choose to remove a placement from the site I just get a forever loading screen and no action. It does NOT work. Do I make more money from their premium services even though they say it will bring in a higher ROI and pay itself off? Nope Is there a way to contact anyone at the company to help fix the issue? Nope Bad News here. I am actively seeking new alternatives now and you should do the same before thinking about using them.

low content value without reason I was publisher in ezoic In the last week I had over 30k visits on it from Facebook (business pages) and yesterday my site on Ezoic has been restricted reason: low value content. Few weeks ago my site was approved on Ezoic and Google Ad Manager with the same content (articles). There is not any option to appeal now and I need to wait 1 month for reapply that is long time for me. This issue damaged my business and I left this company. Their support is poor.
