Fake marketing and scammers ! Stay far from this if you value your account ! All their Instagram API proper usage is bs talk, IG will detect it within 24 hours ! Had my account blocked after only a few comments and follows and after opening a support ticket no reply after 3 days, terrible ! Beware because all the positive reviews are mostly from users with 1 review and fake. You have been warned !

A disaster UPDATE ---The tool never really worked, and in fact I don’t use it anymore. I had applied for reimbursement but I never got a reply from the administration. To avoid, really an experience to forget.... OLD REVIEW It is just 2 hours that i am using the tool, i have some problems with mixed beta action, perhaps it is not for basic users??? Another question, may I add some accounts or hastags after the first settings - for like, following ecc...? Thank you

Worked for a couple of days Targeting Following and Targeting Liking worked - for two days. Now the software says it "liked media" and even gives a link but when I click it you can see I clearly haven't liked it. I can't seem to follow people anymore and keep getting this message "following_count > bot.max_following_to_follow, skipping!" I have unfollowed people so my ratio is now 107 followers to 53 following so I don't know why it says this. When it did work in the past it would try to follow people I am already following so would constantly say "already following, skipping!" for over an hour. Waste of time. I've had this software for less than a week, so would appreciate a refund unless you can rectify these problems. No response from multiple emails I sent.

Good value for the money This is one of the best instagram management bot that helps you to gain real followers based on your niche and goals. I was struggling with new algorithm of Instagram by some automation tools but ektor does what I want with no problem and with high efficient.

The good and the bad. Honest Ektor.io review from a marketing specialist. I've only had Ektor.io for a couple of days. The good, the program works when you get it set up. It's relatively user friendly and easy to navigate. The bad, customer service/support is via email and extremely slow for someone like me that runs a marketing company. I had issues with setting up multiple accounts and the 2-factor authentication and being signed into multiple accounts. Im not finding any instructional videos, docs, or resources, and the only way to reach out to support as mentioned is email, which is frustrating for someone like me who is relatively tech savvy. Overall, I think the company has a great program and coding, and is in the building stage. I'm willing to continue to use the program to see long term results, and am very interested in the coming updates and capabilities. I only hope they can get a better customer service process.
