It's relatively user friendly and easy to navigate. The bad, customer service/support is via email and extremely slow for someone like me that runs a marketing company. I had issues with setting up multiple accounts and the 2-factor authentication and being signed into multiple accounts. Im not finding any instructional videos, docs, or resources, and the only way to reach out to support as mentioned is email, which is frustrating for someone like me who is relatively tech savvy. Overall, I think the company has a great program and coding, and is in the building stage. I'm willing to continue to use the program to see long term results, and am very interested in the coming updates and capabilities. I only hope they can get a better customer service process.

It might sometimes face bugs but I always got them solved by ticketing a few times to the support staff. It is very unfair to say it is bad.
