I decided to delete the app and request a refund (within the week). However, customer service never responded. Emailed back THREE TIMES and never got a response. After two months, I disputed the transaction through my bank. After they lost the dispute, they refunded me.

Simple Enough Download and install was simple enough. You’ll need the latest version of your OS. Simple to use and so far works like it’s supposed to. Don’t expect 1000 followers in a 5 minutes. Customer service responded faster than what some of the negative reviews cautioned.
