App stopped working The software worked the first few months as advertised: following/unfollowing, story views, likes and so on. I even got one free update in February. However, a month ago I noticed what while the software stated that it followed accounts nothing actually happed in the Instagram app and the following count remained the same. Probably the same goes for story views, but I cannot check those. So I guess the Ektor.io App just started pretending to do something while actually nothing happened in the account itself. I contacted Ektor.io by e-mail and through the website, but 3-4 weeks later I did not get an answer. I would not say the software is a scam since it worked for me for a while but I guess Instagram got the best of them.

Nice Try... But No... The app stopped working after a few uses. Reached out to customer service for help, and they responded fairly quickly. I decided to delete the app and request a refund (within the week). However, customer service never responded. Emailed back THREE TIMES and never got a response. After two months, I disputed the transaction through my bank. After they lost the dispute, they refunded me.

Fake marketing and scammers ! Stay far from this if you value your account ! All their Instagram API proper usage is bs talk, IG will detect it within 24 hours ! Had my account blocked after only a few comments and follows and after opening a support ticket no reply after 3 days, terrible ! Beware because all the positive reviews are mostly from users with 1 review and fake. You have been warned !

Simple Enough Download and install was simple enough. You’ll need the latest version of your OS. Simple to use and so far works like it’s supposed to. Don’t expect 1000 followers in a 5 minutes. Customer service responded faster than what some of the negative reviews cautioned.

A real life-saver! I do not understand social media, but I have some AI knowledge. This is a great application of AI and really saves me time to focus on things that really matter! The installation was straightforward and it is pretty easy to use.
