Shocking customer service I took out the trial, to realise it’s not what I need for my company. They took the money out of my account midday on the last day of the trial. I have tried contacting them 4 times to via their contact us form, to hear nothing back. Customer service is awful. For a new start up I’d expect CX to be top of their priority list.

Easy to use and worth the $ Easy to use. Content is amazing. At first I thought $49/mo was too expense until I saved about 4 hours in the first couple of weeks!
