Implement everything Austin recommends! Syllaby.io is a genius product and designed by one too. If you don't know who Austin Armstrong is aka @socialtypro you are missing out on a lot. Syllaby.io is the only tool you need to work with to create blog article and video scripts for your business based on what your potential customers are searching. And this is just the start, there will probably be more things coming on the roadmap. Being one of the first 100 to use the product has been awesome and the development of the products has improve 50X since January. Haters are going to hate but check out Austin's content and make your mind up. Syllaby.io is still in its infancy. As it is now, that's impressive!

Cannot contact Syllaby.io to cancel a charge I wanted to share my recent experience with your platform. On May 14th, I decided to give Syllaby.io a try by signing up for a 7-day trial. Unfortunately, within just a few minutes, it became apparent that the service did not meet my expectations. I promptly canceled my subscription by navigating to the "Subscription" section on your website. To my surprise, on May 21st, I noticed a charge of $49.00 USD on my account from Syllaby.io, despite having canceled my subscription. I immediately tried to reach out to your company to rectify this mistake, but I was unable to find any contact information on your website. This situation led me to contact my bank in order to initiate a chargeback. However, it is disheartening to inform you that the bank informed me that the chargeback was unsuccessful, as your company allegedly did not confirm my cancellation and placed the burden of proof on me. I believe it is important for companies to uphold ethical practices and provide excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my experience with Syllaby.io has been quite disappointing, as I have encountered difficulties in resolving this issue. I kindly request that you address this matter promptly and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Customers should be able to trust in the services they subscribe to and receive the support they need when facing challenges.
