Dynamic pricing is less accurate Prices on Dynamic pricing settings are not accurate. Used them since 2021 and had to constantly adjust prices myself due their set prices being way too high. Switched to Wheelhouse and they are very accurate. Wouldn’t have switched if it weren’t for that.

Number One Pricing Tool I work for an Airbnb property management company, and this pricing tool is a real gem for our work. Not only it saves so much time without having to manage the pricing every day but - which is more! - it has increased our occupancy rates A LOT since we started using it in July 2020. Even for the low season! I also like the simple interface of DPGO, their flexibility on how you pay (either $1 per booked night or 0.5% of the booked price), and their attention to the details (i.e. you can set up last-minute discounts, weekend adjustments, etc.) Our business has been doing much better with DPGO, and I honestly can't imagine working without it now.

I love that I am allowed to set pricing rules and booking requirements, so the running of my Airbnb is still in my hands, without requiring daily pricing updates. Their recommended strategies are the ones I choose, and that strategy works within the minimum and maximum prices that I set myself. COVID really knocked my occupancy rates and they've been climbing back to normal since I started letting DPGO manage the price of my listings.
