Forest Bathing Retreat. I just did a half day forest bathing retreat with Grace. The day was brilliant start to finish. We did grounding and connecting to the earth. Meditation, card reading, forest bathing. I came back feeling so uplifted and big shift in my mental energy. I needed this so much. Grace is an amazing teacher its effortless for her. Her energy is infectious. You always have a positive experience with her. I can’t wait for the next one. I recommend this for anyone that needs a day off from life.

Feminine flow retreat Feminine flow retreat - WOW!! A life changing sisterhood experience from beginning to end. Grace held such a beautiful safe space for all of us during our 3 days together. We did heart bonding, womb healing, earthing, dance, smudge stick making, trust practice, forest bathing, star gazing & so much more. I’m so grateful I got to experience such sacred moments with divine women. I feel so much more open since being home & have incorporated a lot of the techniques into my daily routines. I would 100% recommend the feminine flow retreat to any woman that wants to connect deeper to her feminine flow.

Pure Magic and safeness! I was introduced to Grace about 6 months ago. This has by far been absolutely transformative for me in such a magical way. She’s taught me to feel safe with myself, my body, my intuition and as I’ve began to follow those things, my life has changed expanded in such a beautiful divine way. I had a 4 hour womb ceremony 🌹 I was feeling cloudy and stagnant, and new I needed to seek some form of spiritual healing, and Im so glad I found Grace.
