Feminine Flow Retreat Just got back from a Feminine Flow Retreat with Grace, the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. I met a brilliant group of woman. Grace does this with ease & is a natural at holding woman in a safe space. Her work is powerful & i felt a big energetic shift for the better. We laughed, we cried, we danced, we shared experiences and bonded on another level. I will cherish this weekend for life. Can’t wait for the next one. Wow! I had the pleasure of meeting Grace at a meditation & healing wellness session in the woods a few weeks ago. I treated myself to some of the gorgeous harem meditation pants…I LOVE how I feel when I’m wearing them & I will definitely be getting them in the other colours! I also took one of Grace’s handmade Energy Protection sprays. Wow! I am going through an extremely challenging time in my life at the moment & I’ve had some very difficult situations to confront.
