Very happy to pay a reasonable price for a rock solid service with no surprise, and a respect for my privacy. Strong authentication with a hardware key option. I only use for emails, not used their calendar or contact services. For these I still find the Apple apps easier and more intuitive.

This is top 1 on bad mail providers This is top 1 of bad mail providers. They read everything in your mailbox. And stolen data in your mail if it is important. I don't understand why fastmail can alive today? The app and mail server are bad, often got technical issue.

One star One star - only because I can't give Zero star rating. Business class email - do me a favour. In what business is it acceptable to raise a support ticket which gets responded to 4 days later with a reply that says the issue needs to be escalated and will take another week? The only telephone number they have is a FAX machine - Come on, REALLY???? Terrible service, Non existent communication and impossible to speak to anyone, anywhere in the world ( I have tried).

Very happy with Fastmail I've used Fastmail for about two years, using my own domain there. It has worked perfectly for me. For that reason, I happily can't comment on their responsiveness to service requests. I've also had zero problems with spam. I use the iOS app and my desktop, via Thunderbird. In my opinion, the cost is reasonable for the level of service, and the comfort of not wondering what invisible way the provider is building a dossier on me.
