They gave "excuses" as to possible reasons why they couldnt unlock my iPhone 8+ but none applied to my phone. 100% paid for and under no contract. DO NOT USE Will not refund money if it doesn't work I also thought this was a great deal since it was GUARANTEED with a no questions asked refund. I even did a chat before buying spelling out my phone and ios information and asked if this was guaranteed. Of course they did and a "No problem refund". It didn't work of course and all they do now is keep offering me chip cards that I know won't work since I already tried that also. I'm disputing with my credit card company. THIS IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT give them any money! I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing this useless software which is not compatible with IOS 8. I have requested a refund about 12 times in the past 2 weeks without success! I too am trying to contact and make a complaint with my CC company, but will not hold my breath.

Very, very, very, very, very, very. very. very, very bad company!! These guys are scam artists. Customer service was atrocious. These people could care less and that's no lie. Please don't use this service!
