Stole my money! 3 attempts to contact customer service since Dec 25/2016 to now Jan 11/2017. No return contact and no unlock provided. Do not waste your money

Very, very, very, very, very, very. very. very, very bad company!! These guys are scam artists. Customer service was atrocious. These people could care less and that's no lie. Please don't use this service!

DO NOT USE Will not refund money if it doesn't work I also thought this was a great deal since it was GUARANTEED with a no questions asked refund. I even did a chat before buying spelling out my phone and ios information and asked if this was guaranteed. Of course they did and a "No problem refund". It didn't work of course and all they do now is keep offering me chip cards that I know won't work since I already tried that also. I'm disputing with my credit card company. THIS IS A SCAM!!! Thought I did my research... But NO This company may not even be anything but an old website. Although it includes the latest IOS and phones so IDK. It is a total waste of money and simply doesnt work at all. total rip off site... STAY AWAY!!!!
