DO NOT USE Will not refund money if it doesn't work I also thought this was a great deal since it was GUARANTEED with a no questions asked refund. I even did a chat before buying spelling out my phone and ios information and asked if this was guaranteed. Of course they did and a "No problem refund". It didn't work of course and all they do now is keep offering me chip cards that I know won't work since I already tried that also. I'm disputing with my credit card company. THIS IS A SCAM!!! Bad service First my iPhone 4 is a iOs 4.3.5 after paying i found out that there was not a working guidance for my ios. Asking about this i was asked to use an other internetprogram! and other answers similar to this. So i asked for my money back, which they declined. Then I was asked to downgrade my phone. So I asked again for my money back. now a month later nothing had happend

DOES NOT WORK - DO NOT USE! They cannot unlock a iPhone running iOS 8.3 - they then tell you to downgrade to 8.2 but the software they provide can only work on iOS 8.1 - I want a full refund which they offer but I'm not holding out any hope.

SCAM!!! I am surprised to find people here where the unlock service from iphone unlocker-pro actually worked. I am trying to get in touch with them since three weeks now to get my money back. I created three tickets, sent e-mails, and tried to call them but until today they are totally ignoring me. Don't buy their software! Very disappointing customer service (actually no customer service at all). Total scam!

Scam! Scam! Don't fall for anything this site promises. I ordered a imei unlock for my iphone 5 and never got the unlock. I started emailing them for info after 36 hours and no reply. After a full work week and no reply from them i decided to go somewhere else. Scam!!!! Its been Two weeks now and still no reply or money back!
