7 day free trial I was offered a 7 day free trial for File Commander. Soon after I provided all the details, I was charged the full amount for the whole year. I cancelled the subscription straight away and asked MobiSystems for refund. They said it's google fault. I contacted google and they said they cannot help. I don't know what happened but I know that I was scammed, never got the free 7 day trial, was charged for something I never used. I would recommend to avoid products from MobiSystems, especially free trials. Update 29Jul23 The File Commander team of the MobiSystems kindly refunded the full amount. It turns out it was some kind of misunderstanding. I didn't have a chance to properly test full version of File Commander but I'm glad that the team who created it, proved they can help in case issues appear. Because of that, changed to 4 starts.

Straightforward: Straightforward: I have a lifetime license version of PDF Extra 2020 Professional PDF Editor to which I could not access because I could not log onto my admin login on desktop PC. Tod has a gifted power of listening from people like me with a minimal tech experience and knowhow. And because of his listening power, He immediately knew how to solve my subscription issue and directed me and guided me to steps in order for my problem to be solved. In addition; He even helped me draft an email correspondence to be sent to MobiSystems tech support group so that any of the tech support agents could easily understand what problem I was having with my MobiSystems Lifetime license. Program is not great at all Program is not great at all! avoid at all costs. Their customer service skills are terrible and they treat their customers like just a money grab! No real professional experience at all. I would not even rate them a 1. Speaking from a real experience. Not helpful at all

pop up ad pop up ad, from Mobisystems, 7 day free trial then £2.49 a month. Tried it, for one day then cancelled. Today, e-mail from Paypal, £29.99, paid to mobisystems. I never authorised any such payment. Now, between paypal and mobisystems, I'll be jumping through hoops, trying to get it back. How do such crooked practices get past Paypal's security.
