They didn't upgrade my MobiDrive plan I purchased Office Suite plan with 50 GB MobiDrive and PDF Extra Ultimate with 100 GB MobiDrive. The total MobiDrive storage should I have it should be 150 GB but they give me only 100 GB.I contacted them about this issue but they said it was only 100 GB. I purchased these plans in order to get more storage in MobiDrive. But this company is a scam. They did not increase the storage for me.

My file commandar Sub Scription unauthorised transaction My file commandar Sub Scription expired on date 25/10/2021 ( it was on auto renewal mode) , i forgot to cancel sub sub scription , but my card was blocked for international transaction so they could not charge for the period 25/10/2021 to 30/10/2021, they on 01/11/2021 again charged the subscription without any information ( when it was unblocked) , what is this, at least they have to send me waring or notice. my card ending *001 and Paid Rs. 1300.00 (Indian Rs) , on date 01/11/2021 with emain id nim******@gmail.com. Please mobisys read this and return the money which you charge without pre notice or info.

7 day free trial I was offered a 7 day free trial for File Commander. Soon after I provided all the details, I was charged the full amount for the whole year. I cancelled the subscription straight away and asked MobiSystems for refund. They said it's google fault. I contacted google and they said they cannot help. I don't know what happened but I know that I was scammed, never got the free 7 day trial, was charged for something I never used. I would recommend to avoid products from MobiSystems, especially free trials. Update 29Jul23 The File Commander team of the MobiSystems kindly refunded the full amount. It turns out it was some kind of misunderstanding. I didn't have a chance to properly test full version of File Commander but I'm glad that the team who created it, proved they can help in case issues appear. Because of that, changed to 4 starts.
