It’s not easy to retrain your brain, but with consistency and support everyone can do this. The momentum groups make that possible , and you can continue to join them no matter where you’re at in your healing journey. RO is a gift to humanity.

Great program- Highly Recommended It Great program! It has a good and well done structure to follow, and you can adapt certain things that resonate better with you to do the exercises, that's what I did and I have seen results fairly quick. Re-origin also gives great support, weekly Q&A with the creators and the moderators. You do the program at your own pace, but we can also participate in different "virtual" online activities and the sense of community helps tremendously. Everbody understands you and want to help! Before re-origin, I have tried many things, and I was all over the place, reading 3 or 4 books at the same time, watching videos, instagram posts, visiting therapists. But I wasn't consistent because I didn't have a structure or any guidance, and I expected results in 3 days... so, I was in a very anxious state. Until I decided to put all those books, videos, etc. away and tried only one thing. I decided re-origin, because from the information I gathered previously, the common denominator was Neuroplasticity and Brain Retraining. I just didn't know how to do it properly, and re-origin has given me the tools I needed. And it is backed by science. Now I have my life back! I have flare-ups but I do not panic, I have tools to face them, and I can live a normal life! I have learned so much about me and I have improved in many ways! I highly recommend this program if you are experiencing symptoms that medical doctors do not know the cause, or tell you that is psychosomatic, or that you need to relax, or that there is no cure...Of course, visit a doctor to confirm that there is no structural issues in your body. Recovery from Post-Viral Fatigue This program has so many great resources to support their basic program--all at no additional cost. I feel they are really committed to helping folks move toward recovery. Although I am still working through the process and resources, this has been so helpful and supportive to me in coping with Post-Viral Fatigue and moving toward hope and recovery.

Wonderful Program that Works! In my opinion, this is an exceptional self-directed neuroplasticity training program. The program website is very easy to navigate and is divided into a series of short, concise, enjoyable videos. The techniques that are taught, are uncomplicated, practical, easy to learn & integrate into daily life. I like that many of them can be applied on the fly, in real time, throughout the day. The online community is supportive, interactive & inspiring. The best part, the techniques work!! I have experienced several improvements in my health that I struggled with for years.
