Highly recommend! I have been part of the program for about 4 months and I am seeing gradual progress in my symptom reduction. It takes effort and I use the techniques everyday, but breaking up the thought loops has really been helping me and the community is very supportive. The course I feel is well put together and Ben is a good instructor. I highly recommend!

I love this program I love this program! The training is done in small increments so that it is easy to learn. I have enjoyed the way the information was presented, and the practical steps we were taught to handle all sorts of illnesses that stem from an overactive limbic system. Great course for a decent price!

I'm finally healing from CFS/anxiety Really well structured short-video based, entertaining and science based program for healing from CFS/anxiety/depression and other mental/neurological conditions. All supported by a great team of coaches, who are ready to help you with any struggles on the way. I really appreciate how practical it is and the high level of enthusiasm coming from all the fellow community members and coaches. It's not any miracle pill type thing, you need to really want to work on yourself every day, but if you do, the results will come sooner than you'd might think. This was my second program I have tried and I since I've found it, I didn't have to search for another one.

body movement is key loved that the videos were so short, so it was easy to follow. learning about my brain and body was awesome. retraining it through body movement is easy but takes commitment. it inspired me to try qi gong.
