GBWhat meditation delivers, but happier, and faster This program is for those of us who want what meditation delivers--peace, calm, a perspective on the bigger picture that is larger than sweating the small stuff--and better physical health, but have nervous systems that are all amped up. Re-origin changes minds and mind-bodies, and it changes lives. It's certainly changed mine. Among the self-directed neuroplasticity programs, this is the most enlightened, and, humane. Can't imagine my life without this practice in it.

GBMissing Link! I strongly believe that the brain body connection is essential to overall health and wellbeing. Finding this program was the missing piece on my well explored health journey. I am incredibly grateful to be learning tangible ways to work on rewiring my brain. These tools will serve me and others well for the rest of our lives! I wish everyone had access to the knowledge and tools shared in this and other neuroplasticity programs.

GBHighly recommended Ben is a good teacher and communicator and this program gives you tools right away to address symptoms. There are different pricing levels and the YouTube channel is great if you can't afford the program as new videos are added regularly. They will inspire confidence that this is a well researched program you can get help and healing with.

AUIt Really Works I am the first to admit to being cynical that brain re-training would be something that could positively influence my *very real* symptoms of Long Covid. I'm so glad I pushed the cynicism to one side because the changes and improvements I've experienced in such a short space of time have been exhilarating to experience. I am doing so much more than I was just two months ago. My chronic symptoms are subsiding rapidly and my ambition has returned. I'm beginning to see the sky through the clouds again and starting to dream about life with no limits. Thank you Ben and Katie - I trusted you from the moment you first spoke.
