It really works! Within 2 months, re-origin helped me so much! My extreme insomnia has stopped. I never thought I could learn to relax, but this program has given me so many great tips and tools. My anxiety, and my doom and gloom, catastrophic thinking is getting less and less. I didn't realize that all my energy was actually from adrenaline, and that it caused my body and mind so many problems. I'm learning how to lower the bad chemicals and increase the good ones. Ben and the coaches are very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and helpful....they really want to help us get better! I would highly recommend the re-origin program.

I'd give it 5 stars I'd give it 5 stars, certainly in relation to what you get for the money. Very valuable program. Pros- explained very well, in bite sized chunks, their team wants you to get better. Cons- a big draw back to me is that the mood elevation is hard after while thinking of positive memories and such. While I still think Re-Origin deserves 5 stars, I'd much prefer if they had other methods of mood elevation as a tool, such as guided meditations, or something like that.

Scrience-based programm I love the Re-origin program. It is the science-based program that I have been looking for to help rewire my Limbic System. The momentum group has also been very helpful.

Highly recommended Ben is a good teacher and communicator and this program gives you tools right away to address symptoms. There are different pricing levels and the YouTube channel is great if you can't afford the program as new videos are added regularly. They will inspire confidence that this is a well researched program you can get help and healing with.

I love this program I love this program! The training is done in small increments so that it is easy to learn. I have enjoyed the way the information was presented, and the practical steps we were taught to handle all sorts of illnesses that stem from an overactive limbic system. Great course for a decent price!
