So well done So well done. Having tried 2 other limbic re-training programs, I can say this one is my runaway favorite. Very high quality, speakers are relatable, natural. Neuroscience presented drives confidence sky high. I give this my strongest recommendation.

body movement is key loved that the videos were so short, so it was easy to follow. learning about my brain and body was awesome. retraining it through body movement is easy but takes commitment. it inspired me to try qi gong.

I love this program I love this program! The training is done in small increments so that it is easy to learn. I have enjoyed the way the information was presented, and the practical steps we were taught to handle all sorts of illnesses that stem from an overactive limbic system.
