GBI'd give it 5 stars I'd give it 5 stars, certainly in relation to what you get for the money. Very valuable program. Pros- explained very well, in bite sized chunks, their team wants you to get better. Cons- a big draw back to me is that the mood elevation is hard after while thinking of positive memories and such. While I still think Re-Origin deserves 5 stars, I'd much prefer if they had other methods of mood elevation as a tool, such as guided meditations, or something like that.

GBJust join. This program has extremely well organized, easy to follow material and outstanding community support. It’s not easy to retrain your brain, but with consistency and support everyone can do this. The momentum groups make that possible , and you can continue to join them no matter where you’re at in your healing journey. RO is a gift to humanity.

GBbody movement is key loved that the videos were so short, so it was easy to follow. learning about my brain and body was awesome. retraining it through body movement is easy but takes commitment. it inspired me to try qi gong.

GBRecovery from Post-Viral Fatigue This program has so many great resources to support their basic program--all at no additional cost. I feel they are really committed to helping folks move toward recovery. Although I am still working through the process and resources, this has been so helpful and supportive to me in coping with Post-Viral Fatigue and moving toward hope and recovery.

GBHighly recommend! I have been part of the program for about 4 months and I am seeing gradual progress in my symptom reduction. It takes effort and I use the techniques everyday, but breaking up the thought loops has really been helping me and the community is very supportive. The course I feel is well put together and Ben is a good instructor. I highly recommend!
