GBWonderful Program that Works! In my opinion, this is an exceptional self-directed neuroplasticity training program. The program website is very easy to navigate and is divided into a series of short, concise, enjoyable videos. The techniques that are taught, are uncomplicated, practical, easy to learn & integrate into daily life. I like that many of them can be applied on the fly, in real time, throughout the day. The online community is supportive, interactive & inspiring. The best part, the techniques work!! I have experienced several improvements in my health that I struggled with for years. I am so grateful to the re-origin team. Make the efforts and you will be amazed how much you can change, improve your health & further enjoy your life.

GBRecovery from Post-Viral Fatigue This program has so many great resources to support their basic program--all at no additional cost. I feel they are really committed to helping folks move toward recovery. Although I am still working through the process and resources, this has been so helpful and supportive to me in coping with Post-Viral Fatigue and moving toward hope and recovery.

GBIt really works! Within 2 months, re-origin helped me so much! My extreme insomnia has stopped. I never thought I could learn to relax, but this program has given me so many great tips and tools. My anxiety, and my doom and gloom, catastrophic thinking is getting less and less. I didn't realize that all my energy was actually from adrenaline, and that it caused my body and mind so many problems. I'm learning how to lower the bad chemicals and increase the good ones. Ben and the coaches are very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and helpful....they really want to help us get better! I would highly recommend the re-origin program.

GBHighly Recommend 💯 Really great step by step on how it all works, I absolutely love the community which is really needed if you’re sick stuck in bed. If you’re A sceptic of this form of treatment like myself just look at testimonies from ppl such as Rachael Elizabeth on YT. You can’t fake what she’s been through. Anyways this program is great and I HIGHLY recommend to anyone going through any difficulties, if nothing else it will help you through.

GBbody movement is key loved that the videos were so short, so it was easy to follow. learning about my brain and body was awesome. retraining it through body movement is easy but takes commitment. it inspired me to try qi gong.
