What meditation delivers, but happier, and faster This program is for those of us who want what meditation delivers--peace, calm, a perspective on the bigger picture that is larger than sweating the small stuff--and better physical health, but have nervous systems that are all amped up. Re-origin changes minds and mind-bodies, and it changes lives. It's certainly changed mine. Among the self-directed neuroplasticity programs, this is the most enlightened, and, humane. Can't imagine my life without this practice in it.

So well done So well done. Having tried 2 other limbic re-training programs, I can say this one is my runaway favorite. Very high quality, speakers are relatable, natural. Neuroscience presented drives confidence sky high. I give this my strongest recommendation.

Well designed cost effective program Well designed cost effective program. I have been a member of re-origin for 3 months. I noticed improvement within the first 2 months. I suffered previously for 5 years. I feel this program has given me the tools and training to succeed! Coaches are caring and dedicated to our success. Before I joined re-origin, I researched the other brain retraining groups. I am much happier now!

Zero benefit After dedicating many months of my life to this program, I got absolutely zero benefit.

Highly recommend! I have been part of the program for about 4 months and I am seeing gradual progress in my symptom reduction. It takes effort and I use the techniques everyday, but breaking up the thought loops has really been helping me and the community is very supportive. The course I feel is well put together and Ben is a good instructor. I highly recommend!
