USIf I could give a zero I would If I could give a zero I would. Customer support is horrible, they refuse to fix anything yet they promise the world but that's it just promise. We have been giving them a chance to get it right but its simply not happening. App doesn't work, driver doesn't get messages and loads, etc...

USLies upon lies. Lies upon lies. Management needs to follow through with their promises and be examples of the “values” they do strongly talk about in meetings. Chaotic, stressful work environment with lots of evening and weekend last-minute requests. Major improvement needed at this place.

USTransflo mobile makes my work day easier. I like the mobile app because Transflo has put a lot of features into it, a lot more that scanning. My only complaint is sometimes they update the app but don't let us know, so just let us know.

USTransflo app is very bad Transflo app is very bad. It freezes if you navigate too quickly. Gets stuck on loading and sending screens. The app sometimes doesn't work and goes offline when I KNOW I have a data connection. Terrible, terrible, terrible. If my job didn't make me use it, I would uninstall immediately!

USGood job, but no cigar. You can’t delete chats. There is no option, if team driving, to view while in motion even when off shift. The load assignments present empty approximately 70% of the time. It would be easier to use the assistant page but I usually resort to the chat page. There are no spots for witness information in the incident report area.
