USConstant issues. Easy logger constantly claims it can not process billing after 2 months of use so services keeps getting shut off, at no fault of your own. You will have to keep reinstalling constantly. Very very poor service, they refuse to give any phone number so you are able to talk with a human. Yet, all problems will be told that it’s your fault. Extremely horrible service, from easylogger.

USThis is my second try with this company… This is my second try with this company and I'm really hoping for a better experience than last time. Last time, I was so surprised at how great the free version performed. So I upgraded to pro and the second month payment was made and immediately stopped working. Customer support responded but it wasn't fixed or refunded . I'm really hoping things have improved because it's still there best priced service offered that I can find so we'll see. I'll be back to update Update:. Paid for pro , so far working great!!!!

USSupport is almost totally lacking. Support is almost totally lacking. It can takes days to get any response. They debited my paypal account and then told me that they weren't able to debit the account and then cancelled my service. The product itself has all kinds of anomalies and seems to report late or inaccurate locations.

USThis has been a pretty good app This has been a pretty good app. I got a year subscription and where it's hidden. 1 thing is...DO NOT get alerts if they fall or any of the alerts. It will not only send your phone/email but also the phone tracked the very same alert! Try explaining that! So-in-so has just experienced a fall! Bajeezus! Other than that, good app. And it doesn't track messenger messages, which sucks. But other than those 2 things👍

USI can't figure it out and they dont… I can't figure it out and they dont reply back, I bought the pro and never got the license key or where to find it and noone is answering! Very frustrating
