Payment error / Upgrade issues I've been enjoying the free version until I needed to upgrade because of my work. I also have 2 free months because a friend of mine accepted my invite. Unfortunately, I always get a payment error code every time I do the upgrade and tried different active cards. I also get an error when choosing Paypal. Can someone please assist me on this?

Easy setup, amazing results The setup process is really easy and fast. It makes a huge difference in calls. We used to have a lot of background noise in the office, which often affected our calls and meetings but ever since we started using Krisp, the call quality has increased drastically and the background noise is gone.

Upgrade Issues I was enjoying the free trial and wouldve loved to upgrade . But been facing issues just to get upgraded. The customer service adviced to call my bank . Used different cards called each banks and still facing the same issue. No proper help provided by the CS and theyre not sure what to do . When the error was showing at their end . Im not sure how am I supposed to enjoy using this app anymore. :/

Very helpful tool Very helpful tool! It does the job of eliminating background noise on my end. Although, the software sometimes makes it a little difficult to hear the other party; their volume becomes softer and their audio becomes choppy at times (i.e., only hearing a part of a word). Otherwise, it is generally a useful tool, especially for those with neighbors who like to do karaoke during odd hours of the day or dogs barking outside your room.
