They lie to hook you. If I could give a negative star review I would. Bookmylogos.com Is a extremely shady company. They don't abide by anything that's put up on their website. They offer service packages that they don't follow. Their customer service representative Randy, lied to me, I was told for the $89 that I gave them that they would give me a redesign for two of my logo's. They gave me six concept reviews, 4 revisions, and they refused to give me the files for the two logos they redesigned for me. When I asked for my money back because I was not satisfied, they gave me the run around, they kept trying to dereail the conversation and then an upper management guy named LiAm, tried to gaslight me and say that I had finalized a Logo and they could not refund me my money. I lost my s*** on him because that wasn't true and told him to tell me what logo I had finalized and when he couldn't answer that, he said they would only give me a partial refund. They wouldn't give me the refund amount and then sent me an email saying they will give me back $30. I called them theives and liars and their response to me was that I'm the liar. Talk about some shady business practices. ALSO when I told them that I was not satisfied with my designs and that they lied to me FROM the beginning and that I would like my money back per their 100% satisfication garuntee, Liam told me that those are not solid reasons to receive a full refund. I feel cheated by this company, my business needs to get back to selling and they completely wasted my time for redesigning my logo and they stole $59 from me 👏👏👏👏👏DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SHADY. (Funny they lie to me, gaslight me, derail the conversation and don't listen or have any empathy towards me, first deny me a refund, so I then become unprofessional and start swearing.. I mean do you blame me?) By the way man, if you don't care and you get hundreds of customers a day and your company is so great, why even respond to my bad review?. Where's your other hundreds of reviews? Anyone reading this, do some more digging on these guys, they have a bogus address, and like a said, they aren't located here in America, they are shady.

Scam! Stay away from this company I'm writing to share my experience so that nobody else will be the victim of this scam company. If I could give 0 star, I would. I should have done more researches to check whether this is a legit company. Pls. don't fall for their claim for 100% money back guarantee like I did. I read below feedback and found many people have the same experience like I did. Alice Wilson and Brian Murphy are my contacts. Brian was the graphic designer for my project. My interaction with him was only 5 days in Oct'21. He delivered logo in 2 days as promised but way out of the theme and concept I provided. After he didn't respond for taking any correction action within 48 hrs as promised and the gap was so huge to bridge, I decided to stop the service so that we wouldn't waste our times further and I cannot afford to work on so many revisions with them. In Mar'22, I got 2 unauthorized transactions from this company on my credit card, approx.$1,000 combined. They lied to the credit card company that these are the charges of several revisions and I disputed the charge because I wasn't happy about the service. Complete Liar and lack of integrity as you can see. When I began the service with them, there was no detail about these charges at all. It's a one time thing plus there is no invoice for these 2 charges amount too. So Save your time and energy by staying away from this shady company.

Fraud Fraud, scammers. This company stoled $500 out of my account 6 weeks ago. They said it was an accident. But still haven't returned it. They been just giving me a bunch of excuses.
