Slate is a weak brand Slate is a company that releases products at $999 to drop the price to $499 couple years later. I lost all my trust in this company after buying the VML-1 a great product that lost half its value, which is the opposite of what strong brands like Neumann produces. The plugin offer is ridiculous you can't buy a plugin below $200 but you are pushed to subscribe to the all access that I personally do not want.

Recommend using WAVES plugins instead. Plugins are amazing! that being said, only if you can get them functioning in your DAW which in my case only two plugins out of the whole bundle would show up in my session. The other plugins would say I don't have "active license" even though I have the unlimited monthly bundle with supposed to be access to all plugins. No worries right? hit up customer service? They will send an email with pre written trouble shooting problems with no personal customer support. I recommend using WAVES plugins instead. Dear Slate-Digital-Team! Dear Slate-Digital-Team! As a user I was confident in the subscription kind of thing that SD offers from the beginning. It gives a little bit of a feeling to invest in the company and the software that is being developed. Nearly any of those software plugins is useful in my daily workflow. Personal drawback could be the awareness "just to own a license and not a valid product." But as the quality compared to other such products maintains -future looks bright. Best regards

Great Mixing Powerhouse I started to use Slate's Trigger 2 a few years ago when I was at university and I really loved the quality and user experience of the product. Years later, when I became more experienced and with a more trained ear, I invested a little money in the all access pass for one year. Since then, many plugin became my go to and a staple in my workflow. I use the Virtual Mix Mix Rack on basically any source due to its great Analog flavour and versatility. The price tag is great! highly recommended

The best experience in my studio flow, with Slate Digital Audio! Hi, I'm so happy to have found Slate Digital, all my mixing and Mastering work has changed my daily workflow, in my studio. I personally think they are top in the industry, by providing me, with the Virtual Mix Rack, and other plugins that one gets by signing to the All-access pass adventure!
