NOWhen Guesty acquired Your Porter a year… When Guesty acquired Your Porter a year or so ago, Porter was a great small indie channel manager that did all for you at a low price, and always replied right away to questions. Now, apparently Guesty has left The new “GUesty for hosts” to die. Their app freezes every time and needs to be shut down. Also slow loading times. Seems like here are now more features being added. Time to move on to another channel manager. It will definitely not be Guesty.

GBThere is no customer service at all There is no customer service at all. No phone number, no person you can ever speak to to help. You have to open a ticket and wait several days to hear , even a week sometimes only for them to ask more questions. You will go back and forth for a month to attempt to get anything resolved.

GBIf I could give them less than 1 stars… If I could give them less than 1 stars , I gladly would . This company is filled with Nincompoops who took a perfectly fine product ( Your porter ) and pushed it to the graveyard. This product is technologically at a level when abacus was evolving , horrible support , unified mailbox and the one thing they should be doing is to manage across channels - they goof up . DO NOT RECCOMEND THESE GUYS AT ALL !!

GBDefinitely recommend We've only been using YourPorter for a few weeks to manage one listing, and so far it's been incredible. The messaging alone has saved me a ton of time and energy, as we get at least one booking per day. Integrates really well with AirBNB and VRBO, works great with PriceLabs, and I'm currently testing out the Cleaner automations. Overall very happy with the product and looking forward to continuing with it.

GBAbsolutely love it Absolutely love it. Website feature is professional yet simple, we were going to pay over a $1000 to create a website and then pay all the hosting fees this route was ten times cheaper and it integrates with Airbnb. Everything is essential with this software and it’s worth every penny. Smartbnb has two specific features that Yourporter doesn’t that would be nice to see, don’t send the review request message if they have left a review already and the last minute negative review. Yourporter is still more robust and cost effective than smartbnb we love it
