GBThere is no customer service at all There is no customer service at all. No phone number, no person you can ever speak to to help. You have to open a ticket and wait several days to hear , even a week sometimes only for them to ask more questions. You will go back and forth for a month to attempt to get anything resolved.

GBGuesty integration does not work with… Guesty integration does not work with VRBO. All of the Guesty settings are correct. I have tried in vain to speak to anyone at Guesty. Their support is non-existent. You can enter a support ticket but they will just give you runaround and never deal with problem. They play hot potato and say someone will get back to you but no one ever does. I paid over $800 for Guesty. I can't wait to switch to HostAway.

GBGuesty Works I'm a big fan of Guesty, I've been using it for almost a year and the functionality is great. It does what I need it to do, and the customer service has been available and helpful in addressing issues where they've come up. Given all the features, the pricing is reasonable as well.

ILThis was a great product.. not any more.... This was a great product... that is when it was yourporter, then guesty bought out the company and it just went downhill ever since. Every other week a new glitch would appear, and customer service where of not much help either... after 5 years of using this product, i had to move on, unfortunately i cannot recommend this product any more.

GBOverall recommend, despite some bugs Overall, Guesty for Hosts is an excellent product that is easy to use and easily integrates with major booking platforms. It even helps you set up direct booking sites. My only complaint is that it has some bugs in the user interface and sometimes the app takes a while to load. In general I recommend this product!
