CHHorrible customer service, NO REFUND 1000USD!.. BE AWARE Horrible customer service. Be aware! My artist featured request has been declined by the artist, but no refund action has been taken by Featuredx. I sent them many emails, tried to contact them. NO RESPONSE! They keep my 1000USD now without any feedback. I escalated to paypal now, hope that to be resolved. Still pending a resolution. I recommend not to use this service, as they have no customer perspective at all.
