I always thought to myself how cool would it be if there was a website full of your favorite artists that you can just send them a song request a feature and boom you're done. Then featuredx happened. It makes life so easy when it comes to getting your favorite artist on your tracks. Fast respond, quick turn over time, friendly encounters. I mean what more could you ask for!

Horrible customer service, NO REFUND 1000USD!.. BE AWARE Horrible customer service. Be aware! My artist featured request has been declined by the artist, but no refund action has been taken by Featuredx. I sent them many emails, tried to contact them. NO RESPONSE! They keep my 1000USD now without any feedback. I escalated to paypal now, hope that to be resolved. Still pending a resolution. I recommend not to use this service, as they have no customer perspective at all.
