Horrible customer service, NO REFUND 1000USD!.. BE AWARE Horrible customer service. Be aware! My artist featured request has been declined by the artist, but no refund action has been taken by Featuredx. I sent them many emails, tried to contact them. NO RESPONSE! They keep my 1000USD now without any feedback. I escalated to paypal now, hope that to be resolved. Still pending a resolution. I recommend not to use this service, as they have no customer perspective at all.

Great hub to get your name out there I am artist on this page with several requests and fulfillments through the service. I have no issues other than small UI discrepancies. Any person that never got a response from the artist is not at the sites fault but the artist. We are not required to respond but obviously you should at least out of respect even if it is to decline.
