Horrible customer service, NO REFUND 1000USD!.. BE AWARE Horrible customer service. Be aware! My artist featured request has been declined by the artist, but no refund action has been taken by Featuredx. I sent them many emails, tried to contact them. NO RESPONSE! They keep my 1000USD now without any feedback. I escalated to paypal now, hope that to be resolved. Still pending a resolution. I recommend not to use this service, as they have no customer perspective at all.

So easy to use, and useful. Love being able to have everything I need in one space. Easy to use on both ends, requesting and taking requests. So quick and accessible to get your favorite artist on your song. Love featured x!
