Horrible customer service, NO REFUND 1000USD!.. BE AWARE Horrible customer service. Be aware! My artist featured request has been declined by the artist, but no refund action has been taken by Featuredx. I sent them many emails, tried to contact them. NO RESPONSE! They keep my 1000USD now without any feedback. I escalated to paypal now, hope that to be resolved. Still pending a resolution. I recommend not to use this service, as they have no customer perspective at all.

I'm forced to give one star I'm sorry guys, I really like the platform and the idea behind it. But I'm forced to give one star, cause I sent a request and I never got an answer in 2 months. I contacted the team and they told me that the artist wasn't available at that moment, they told me to wait for the next month. I did, but I never heard back. Even a negative answer would have been appreciated. I had to reschedule my release and if I knew that I was gonna wait for nothing I would've released the song earlier. I don't think this is how it should work, if an artist is not available simply don't put it on the platform. Very unsatisfied.
